Watching the fire Kaelin ran her fingers over her belly to get the child inside to stop kicking Looking up at Rath she smiles alittle glad to have him in her life. Closing her eyes she breaths slowl, she knew Dil would come around. It would just take time.
Mel sat up shaking his head before he walked over to Rath "Anything I can do to help? I feel bad that you seem to be doing everything." he was suppose to be the tough guy, he knew this, but he also knew he was going to be a big brother soon.
Dil didnt move, not even after his stomach protested it he didn't wantt o go back home just yet. Not after what just happen, he wanted to just let everything cool for a bit. Picking up a rock he tossed it a couple of times into the air.

Rath looked over at Kaelin and smiled at her, he loved how even in a cloudy time she glowed. She suited being a mother, Rath should know, she looked after him so long ago now when he was oung and wilder. Rath knew it wasn't all gone though, even though he was trying for a somewhat civilized life, the wild always called him.
Seeing Mel come in and ask to help, Rath nodded and smiled and held up a sharp knife.
" Mel can cut up more veges for stew. Rath need to find right herbs and spices to taste really good."
Rath then handed it over and went through their supplies he kept to the side of the house

Mel nods then winks "Why don't you go sit with mom. I'll finish cooking. Beside you need to relax as much as she does. Go on Rath, I'll be fine." taking the knife he soos Rath towards his mother. He just wanted his mother to be happy and he knew with Rath by her she would be.
Kaelin pulls the blanket closer to her body as she opens er eyes. Saddness was still in them, but she was trying to hide it from everything. Folding her wings around her shoulders she sighs slightly.
Dil frowns as he glances back towards his home, he knew he hurt his mother, but she hurt him too. Shaking his head he stands moving back towards the house, he didn't go back inside, he just stood there looking at his home.

Rath smiled and ruffled Mel's hair. He was a good son, and Rath liked him very much, He handed Mel the herbs and moved over to settle down beside Kaelin. He knew she was worried and he wanted her not to.
Rath wrapped his arms and his tail around Kaelin and kissed her on the cheek as he snuggled her into him. He gave her a smile and ran his hand over her tummy, smiling like a proud father.
" Hello in there little one, Rath hope you feeling well"

Laying her head against his shoulder Kaelin chuckles little "I think the little one is doing fine Rath, although he or she is a kicker." placing her hand on top of Raths's she closes her eyes Just having Rath close to her was helping her nerves.
Mel hums as he chops up the herbs, glancing up he pauses as he spots his twin outside. Frowning he looks towards Rath "He back." he didn't say another word. He went right to chopping up some carrots. He didn't want to deal with his twin.
Dil shook his head before he turns wrapping his wings around his shoulder. Taking a few steps he was tempted just to go stay at the head Quarters for a couple of days.

Rath smiled at Kaelin and leaned down to give her a kiss on the lips and then her stomach, giving it a little rub again. Runnign his fingers through his hair, he heard Mel peak about his twin and his ears perked. Rath knew he'd be back eventually.
Rath looked over at Kaelin and motioned outside, where Dil was supposed to be.
" Rath go talk to Dil?"

Kaelin glances towards the door before she nods "Alright Rath." giving his hand a small squeeze she let it go. Looking towards the door, she wanted to go to her son herself But she knew this was something Rath and Dil had to solve.
Dil took a few steps back into the forest, he had decided that he stay away from the place a few days. Just to let everythign calm down. He would come back during the night to grab his stuff that he would need.

Rath nodded and kissed Kaelin on the cheek before getting up and dusting himself down. Rath walked over towards Mel and gave him a one armed hug before making his way to the door.
Rath saw Dil, and noticed him walk away, Rath frowned and walked after him, hoping he would stay for a talk.
" Dil? no go please, Dil and Rath need talk"

Dil frowns before he looks over his shoulder, his eyes were just like his mother. Yet they showed so much anger in them "What do you want? Look I'm getting out of the way so would you just leave me alone?" turning away he cross his arms as he unfolded his wings.
He was just as stubborn as his mother. That and not liking changes made him slightly worse.

Rath walked up towards Dil, tail swaying back and forth and his wings drooping gown behind his back. He had to find out what would make Dil stay, and what was making him so upset.
" Dil, Rath just want to know what is wrong. Rath figure Dil have problem with Rath, so Rath come to talk to Dil. Rath want Dil to be not angry, want dil and Kaelin and Mel to be happy"

Dil stops before he turns looking at Rath "You want to know what my problem is? They are!! They have completely forgotten about my father, then you walk in and now everything is all great. Your not my father, and I can't stand that they seem to not care." tears were forming in the young boys eyes "I never even got to see him, he left me. Mel acts like he was never here, but he was with him."
Kaelin close her eyes, she could feel her sons orrow just as muchas Mel could feel his twins emotions. Kaelin didn't know it was because of them that Dil was feeling this way, she just wanted them to be happy.
Mel sighs placing the knife down, he wasn't being fair to Dil at all. He knew it now. Dil was angry because he didn't know what it was like to have a father.

Rath sighed and looked at the ground, he shook his head. Having no father around, Dil was an angry child, he wondered how Dil got to be so different from Mel.
" Rath know Rath not Dil father, Rath only trying. Just because Kaelin and Mel are trying to be happy in new life, not mean they not care. Kaelin and Mel always love father, but family alone when father go. Rath love Kaeline, Rath love family and want to help make family happy. Family still care, family just trying to have good life. "
Rath took a couple steps closer.
" Rath never replace father, but Rath will always be father for Dil if Dil let Rath"
With that, Rath held out his arms to Dil.

Dil took a few steps back growling "What the point? You'll leave to just like he did. You'll hurt us all, I'm just not willing to let mself get hurt again." turning away from him hs wings wrapped around his shoulders once more. He was trembling with anger as well as saddness.
At a young age he learn not to trust anyone but his mother and brother. And now he didn't knwo what to think anymore.

Rath knew Dil was hurt, and he'd bottled himself up and hid away from the world like a wounded animal. Rath had seen it befre, how animals showed agression when they were injured, this was no different.
Rath, figured he had one thing to do, Rath had to show Dil he was there, and get him to let it all out. So rath grabbed him and wrapped everything he could around the boy to hug him to himself.
" Rath never leave, Rath love Kaelin, Rath love Mel, and Rath love you. Rath no let go til Dil see that"
Rath held on tight, for he knew this wouldnt react well.

Dil struggles kicking and hitting Rath anywhere he could "Let me go Rath!!" tears were running downface as he continue to struggle.
Kaelin was standing at the door, tears streaming down her face, Mel was right behind her. Mel just watch his twin wanting to reach out to him, yet at the same time he knew he had to get pass this.
Dil struggle was slowly fading into tears as he smack Rath's chest a few more times. He had given up fighting and just cried in Rath's arms.
