Class was over! Freedom at last! Sorri scribbled the day and time of the Trabia trip into her notebook, which was completely disregarded during the lecture, and she was off. She didn't want to hear what Caine and Yami were being kept after class for, anyway. Drama. Yech.

Stepping out into the long hallway, Sorri began loosely planning how to kill time until her next obligation. She spotted the girl who had waved to her during class a little ways away, but it was easy enough to catch up with her. "Hey there," she said brightly from a few yards behind her. "What's up?"

Time to put on a mask, it seemed. Yami let out a nervous laugh as Aki came to check on him. "I'm fine just a little... off." The man quickly jumped to his feet and bowed to the Headmistress with a frail, forced smile. "See ya later, Aki." He then exited the classroom, but soon after, he could be seen tripping yet again. With a nervous giggle, Yami turned back to stare at Aki through the open doorframe. "Heh. I'm fine." And then Yami dashed down the hall and out of sight.

"Your attention please. This is a reminder for all the Monster Definition students participating in the field trip today. You are required to be at the Balamb docks at 0845, fully equipped and ready to go. The boat will leave at precisely 0900 hours, and will not wait for stragglers. I repeat..."

Aki checks her bedside clock as she hears the announcement. It was 7:00; she had plenty of time. She had just gotten out of the shower when the announcement sounded and she had momentarily thought she had spent too long under the warm water.
After quickly drying and brushing her hair, Aki pulls on her red stockings, red mini skirt, black boy shorts for underneath her skirt, and a black button up shirt. She puts her glasses on and quickly packs a bag full of potions, water, and other supplies.
She pulls on her black, knee high boots then checks the clock again. 7:24. Still lots of time. Aki grabs her sword and double checks all her equipment, then heads out.
She walks out of the Garden and down the paved road to Balamb. It doesn't take her long to get there, and she arrives at the dock shortly after 8.
'The students should be arriving anytime now,' she thinks as she checks her watch.
Aki drops her bag on the ground and sits on a bench, rolling up her long sleeves. She didn't like wearing long sleeves; the weather around Balamb was far warmer than she preferred and long sleeves made her feel too hot. But seeing as they were going to Trabia, she figured long sleeves would be more comfortable.
She looks at her watch again, seeing that only five minutes had passed, and glances around for any sign of the students.

"Oh, good morning hunter. It should be pretty good; we're gunna spend some time in the Bika Snowfields and fight some much tougher monsters than what we have around here," Aki replies, happy the students were starting to arrive.

Aki smiles warmly at Lee as she approaches and gives her a little wave.
"Good morning. It is Monster Definition, though the rest of the class has yet to arrive," she replies.

Aki looks at her watch again and sees that it was only 8:15. Still plenty of time.
"Nope, not late at all," Aki says, greeting Adara with a smile.
She gives her a once over, and her eyebrow raises slightly.
"Aren't you warm, all bundled up like that?" she asks with a little chuckle.

A yawn bellowed out of Yami as he dragged himself out of bed. The man showered and dressed in a sleeveless white shirt with various black designs on it, some black shorts that went past his knees an inch or two, and his checkerboard gloves. Very uncharacteristic for the intended destination of the trip, but seeing as Yami was from the area, the weather would not bother him in the least. The man placed out some food for both of his pets that resided in his room. He walked over to his hefty onyx blade, Ragnarok. After staring at it for some time, Yami smiled and strapped the blade to his back.

He then made his way to the stables, leaving the two pets to rest. Yami placed some feed out for Hoshi to eat until he got back. The man then set out for the Balamb docks and arrived relatively quick. As he strolled up to the group, Yami said nothing but gave a nonchalant wave.
