[ Kyle / Sora : HT : Oogie's Pit ]
Shortly after running into those wires, he'd noticed the walls begin to tremble. Someone had done something... Kyle tensed, readying a Starlight Sphere of Holy magic in his free hand, waiting to blast a hole in the nearest thing that freaked him out. However, the walls fell, and he realized almost immediately what was going on- the game was over. Or, rather, at least round 1.
The moment the black light illuminated the room, Kyle scowled; his Joker's smile was made all the more sinister by the fluorescent lighting, the majority of his face glowing a light purple due to the white make-up. Oogie began his taunt, shouting down the arena toward Jack- Kyle's immediate response?
"CATCH!"
With the fury he'd learned from his years in playing baseball with friends and family, Kyle threw the Starlight sphere at Oogie, watching as the now-strangely-purple ball of Holy light soared at the bag of bugs, waiting to detonate on contact.
Sora heard the rumbling, and upon the walls' collapse, he began to dash toward Oogie, listening to their taunts. He was still a good distance back, so he wouldn't make it in time to attack for the first round, but when he got there, he'd be sure to give Oogie all he deserved.

[HT: Oogie's Pit]
Uh oh...walls shaking? Not good...wait...walls lowering?
He watched as the walls lowered, watched as the lights lit up, and watched as Oogie appeared in the blacklight, glowing lime green...it made his tail twitch. It was, after all, still tingling from all the damn shocks it recieved. And it wanted revenge...
Joseph charged forward, staff in hand, and raced towards Oogie. He cursed his luck at slots, too. He was more of a card player, anyways. But because of those accursed slots, he was farther back than anyone...he definitely wasn't going to be able to make it to the first attack with most of the others, even with his speed.

[HT ~ Oogie's armPit]
"Gaah!" Oogie exclaimed, ducking. A large king of spades card shot up from the ground in front of Oogie, taking the hit for him and getting destroyed. The great sack of bugs shook off his momentary flighty appearance and stood up to his full height with a chuckle. "Stupid boy, you didn't think this would be that easy, did you?! This whole place is rigged with tricks to protect me and kill you!"
Noelle had started jumping over the labyrinth walls as soon as they were low enough to get over them. Once they were gone she was able to break into a full run, spear drawn and ready. She would have made it too, if a stupid card hadn't popped up right in front of her. She hit it with a loud and painful-sounding thud. The agromancer didn't even know what happened until she was on the ground looking dazedly up at the card. The same thing was about to happen to Jo if he couldn't stop in time to avoid the card in his path.
"GodDAMN." Noelle shouted, rolling over to get back up. It was then that she realized how Oogie was making all of this possible. The ground that seemed solid in the dark was really a large expanse of metal grating through which the cards and labyrinth walls could easily slip up through from the mechanism beneath it.
The card slid back down and Noelle got to her feet, her body acting slightly drunk as she recovered from the ridiculously hard and embarassing hit. Let's try this again, shall we?

(*giggles snort* Noelle is pretty darn awesome)
[Jenny :: HT :: Oogie's Pit]
She was a bit disoriented after her fall and she hadn't even been able to get back on her feet when the walls started to slide downwards. Did someone do something? Not that she had to answer that because deep down she knew that Oogie was all behind it. So of course, when a disgusting bag began to glow and Jenny's stomach began to turn, she felt her anger begin to rise in her.
"You're going to pay for my medical bills." Jenny muttered as she rose, rubbing at the base of her back. She summoned her flute and was about to summon a volley of meteors. There was nothing that sounded more satisfying then setting a bag of bugs on fire. But upon watching a card slam into Noelle and another springing up at Joe, Jenny thought better of it.
Putting her lips to the instrument, she summoned her magic as glowing orange runes that resembled a clock appeared beneath each of her comrades. The hands of the clock began spinning wildly as the magic was cast. Haste. Which Jenny hoped was enough.

ɀ·ვ·ს·მ ჱ ღ Halloween Town | Oogie's Pitstop :.
The shaking walls caught Zeba by surprise. Increasing the speed of the revolutions the end weight was making, she readied the sickle, gripping it appropriately in her hand so she could strike the moment the need arose.
Needless to say, she was shocked when the walls began to descend into the ground. Oogie had far better chances of taking them on if they were wedged between walls and separated from each other. Why was it that childhood villains always seemed to ruin their evil childhood villain plans out of the off-the-wall desire to be melodramatic? T'was such a shame. "WHY ALL THE OTIOSE DRAMA, OOGIE?" she bellowed, evidently annoyed with all of his superfluous antics. The ninja was just about to throw an energy orb or two until she saw what became of Kyle's. Noelle's and Al's melee attacks seemed vain as well. As she cursed under her breath, Zeba was taken aback as a glowing amber runed-clock appeared beneath her feet, the hands ticking away maniacally. "Thanks, Jen," the teen called out to her companion, winking with a smile that, despite the good intentions, looked like it had come right out of a horror movie due to the intensity of lux thanks to the blacklight.~"Ahem... Maybe I could be of service?"~

[[Louis : HT : Labyrinth of Nightmares]]
Louis seemingly nodded to himself, turning down another hallway and promptly releasing another stream of dark blades down the straight away to clear out the wires.
"Mmm, so that's how it work? So... then can what I asked-" Louis paused, the ground rumbling underneath him. He took a few steps back, afraid he might have set off a trap of some sort. While not paying attention, he stepped back, and placed his foot on one of the wires. He let out a yelp and nearly kneed himself in the face at the speed he retracted his foot. A string of not so nice words, in a tone rivaling the depth and demonic levels of the scion of corruption, left his mouth as he stomped his foot down, trying to rid it of the tingling spasms the electricity left behind.
"Freaking $%^! I'm going to kill that #$%^&@$ bag of bugs! His &@# is mine! I'm going to #%$*&$^ tear his piece of $% cloth body to $&%^*#$ @^$$. He'll pay for this! @#%# it! These $%^$ games are so #$^&$#@ annoying! Why couldn't we be fighting one of the other dumb @$& Disney villains?! At least they're @%&$#%& straight forward and don't lay @^#% wires everywhere! Grah!!! "
After relieving himself of his frustration, he realized the walls were coming down around him. His leg was still tingling, which drove him crazy, but his mind needed to be concentrated on whatever revealed itself beyond that wall.
When the wall was down, he didn't move immediately after spotting Oogie. He wouldn't do this unless he had something up his sleeve. Deciding not to move, and instead, use his gun, he knelt to one knee and aimed through the scope, "I wonder if that bag of yours blocks bullets... Let's see."
As his finger pulled the trigger, the haste spell kicked in, and instead of a single bullet, his shots flew out at the speed of an automatic rifle.
((To clarify, imagine a couple notches down from a machine gun))

θogie's Ϸit A tear rolled down Bobbi's cheek right as the walls began to tremble and fall. Hastily she wiped the liquid drop with the back of her hand, and readied Taulmaril. As soon as the walls reached knee-height, she felt comfortable in moving in over them, and started heading towards the sight and sound of the odious Oogie Boogie. She noted the cards blocking everyone else's attacks, and how the soles of her boots seemed to sink in just a little in the openings of the floor for the cards. They weren't very wide, just large enough to drop a ring or a quarter down and never be able to find it again, but it was enough of a gap that she could feel it through the thin soles of her boots. She glanced down at the Haste spell, and felt the increase of speed that came with it. This was her first time under the Haste spell as far as she could remember (or at least the first time she was aware of it being cast), and the feeling it gave her was a bit of a rush. Still, she knew not to be too reckless with it. The time she had spent back home had taught her what high speeds felt like, and even then she had felt the potential lethality if the speed was abused. She noted Louis' position as he fired off his rifle, Kyle's as he shot his Holy spell, and Noelle and Joe as they sped in for an attack. She would have to find somewhere away from them, so that she and Louis didn't create a cross-fire, and especially so that her friends weren't in danger of her aim suddenly going back to pre-adventure status. As Tarma shena Tale'sedrin * oft said, "Friendly fire isn't." Nanaki's hackles rose as the walls fell, and a low growl escaped his maw. He heard Oogie Boogie's voice, heard Kyle as he shot his spell, heard everything with his superior hearing. He didn't like it one bit. When the floor revealed itself as a whack-a-mole field for cards, the great beast growled once again. His claws were going to get stuck in those slots, and it was going to hurt trying to get across the playing field. If only he had retractable claws...
Well, no use dwelling on what might have been. With a roar, Nanaki charged across the perforated floor, the Haste spell lending him speed he desperately needed. He dodged the first card to shoot up out of the floor easily--
--and careened right into the next one.
He yelped in pain as he collided with the card, shaking his head vigorously as he attempted to rid it of the pain and dizziness that came with the head-on collision.
Foolish, he thought to himself as his head cleared. He got to his feet and instead of charging in once again, he carefully stalked his way in, moving back and forth as he searched for an opening.ʆand of Ɗragons As Kurt Zisa's head lolled out, Riku spared no time in rushing in, Keyblade at the ready, to hack away at the exposed, snake-like neck. He was planning on doing as much damage as possible before something else happened to prevent them from beating the damn thing. Instinctively, just to get a few hits in before he got there, he attempted to fire off a Dark Firaga.
Well, he would have attempted it, if it hadn't succeeded.
"Kyla!" the silver-haired Keyblader called as he closed in. "Use your magic!"Demyx laughed as Mushu collapsed on the floor in front of him. He knelt down next to the tiny red dragon, and gently poked at the poor thing.
"Sucks to be you, man," the Melodious Nocturne chuckled. He then heard Riku's shout, and saw the Dark Firaga spells had been launched. A wicked grin spread across the former Number Nine's face, and he pulled his Sitar out into prime playing position.
"Dance, water, dance!" he shouted at the top of his lungs, playing the riff that summoned his water clones. With another blast on his instrument, he sent the clones attacking as well, and played a jet of water to spout right under Kurt Zisa. Finally, he got to be useful, and practice his technique for his rematch with Sora!

[Dawn : HT : Oogie's Pit]
Dawn had just got done cursing out her metal fans once more for getting her shocked again. It was then the area started to shake and the harpy looked around herself nervously.
'Oh no... I hope I am not going for another ride am I?'
Dawn soon realized that the walls were moving. Going down in fact. As they went down she saw her teammates in various parts of the maze. She couldn't help but smile a little, just glad that they were all okay. Dawn's eyes soon made contact with Oogie. She felt her heart give a loud thump in her chest as Noelle came face first into a card like object that came out of the floor.
'That leaves out charging in after him. Got to be careful... But can I really get up there and attack. My Tessen aren't exactly long range. I have no powers... I can't...'
At her feet, Dawn saw the glowing circle made by Jenny's spell being cast upon her. It made her feel different somehow. Quicker. She didn't know what the spell was, but it somehow gave her courage.
'But I have to! Summon, abilities or no.'
With her mind made up, she quickly sped into action. With the haste spell, she was able to run faster then she ever had in her life.
"Time to bring out the bug spray! OOF!!!" Dawn shouted out as her battle cry... just before running face first into a card barrier that came out of the floor....

Gonna get there gonna get there gonna getHOMAHGODGIANTCARD
With Jenny's haste on him, one would think that the fighter would've rammed right into it, but instead, he jumped, his feet landing on it and pushing off, before flying back and away.
CRAP! NOT AWAY FROM HIM!
Joseph gathered the air, focused it, and for s split second, there was a platform of 'solid' air beneath his feet, which he pushed off and flew towards Oogie. With the added haste, he sped through the air quite quickly, staff swinging in case something else came at him besides a card wall.
((Hey, he's not superman. He'd get a good distance, I figure, but not actually MAKE it to Oogie.))

{James : HT : Labyrinth of Nightmares -> Oogie's Pit}
James was aching, tired of making his way through the annoying maze of wires and mirrors. He wanted this all just to end. He wanted to torch the bag of bugs and make him pay for all of the shocks and pain he had to endure. Just as he felt as though he had had enough, that he wanted to just collapse and stop moving forward there was a slight tremor as suddenly the walls around him started to lower.
"What's going on now?"
He asked no one in general and as soon as he saw that the walls were low enough he jumped over the wall and charged forward a distance before stopping as he saw everyone else who was rushing in get blocked by a metal card. He skidded to a halt right as one erupted from the ground right in front of him and he barely stopped in time.
"Grrr... Trust Oogie to do something like this."
He had to keep trying to make his way forward though. He was in range to hit with his hexagun, thankful yet again that he had a ranged weapon, but it wasn't a guarantee from this distance that he would hit. He stopped running and started to move into the best spot he could in terms of range as well as hopefully not hitting people in the cross fire. He was confident in his aim but there was still always that risk it seemed. Especially with so many melee users in their group.
"You'll pay for that damned maze of yours you filthy bag of bugs!"
He said as he fired off a shot from his hexagun right as Jenny's Haste spell took effect and though it wasn't nearly as fast as Louis' shooting it was still faster then his normal shot and he soon unleashed a second shot.
{Auron : HT : Oogie's Pit}
Auron continued down his path for what seemed like an immeasurable amount of time until suddenly he felt the ground shake slightly, no where near enough to ruin the samurai's footing, but enough to be noticeable. His attention turned to their objective as the walls began to lower revealing the bag of bugs everyone had been calling Oogie Boogie. He charged forward, his speed enhanced as everyone else's had been by Jenny's haste spell, the glowing glyph appearing below his feet as he charged forward. He noted that a number of people's paths had gotten cut off by metal cards and sliced at one right as it erupted from the ground right in front of him hoping to sever it clean in two.
{Leon and General Li Shang : Land of Dragons : Throne Room}
Just as Shang struck the orb in the massive heartless' hand there was an explosion right above him which sent him crashing to the floor.
"Ngh..."
He grunted, a clear sign of his distress as he rose back to his feet to see Kurt Zisa now on the floor, a large snake like neck extended and exposed. The rest of his body though seemed immobile.
"Now is our chance!"
He said as he too charged forward, taking a swing at the slithering neck of the Heartless.
Leon watched, still focused on the battle as Kurt Zisa began to stumble forward and then fell. While the rest of his body seemed immobile while a long snake like neck shot out, exposing what he could only assume was the Heartless' head. He decided though that for the time being he would hold back. too many people in closed quarters combat was never really a good thing. So instead he unleashed another shot at the snake like neck and head.

[ Kyle / Sora : HT : Oogie's Pit ]
"Tch," he muttered, watching as the card rose up to catch the attack, watching as it exploded. He observed everyone's own failed attempts at attacking- hell, some of the people slammed head first into a rising card that cut them off. The cards were made of a heavy material, not easily broken (if people running full throttle into them and them not even BENDING because of it was any sign, anyway). Any attack made by Oogie would be blocked.
So... the best way to go about this is go over them... but how?
Sora barely managed to twist his body at the last second, dodging the card that rose from the ground to block him. In the process, he flicked his wrist somewhat, tossing the Keyblade. It flew in an almost complete semi-circle, going around to hit Oogie's side. Maybe if Oogie couldn't see the attack...?
I can't climb up them, and my balance has never been all that great, so running up them isn't an option...
.:You could try using your spear as a vaulting pole~:.
Kyle rolled his eyes, ignoring Ultima's teasing chuckle. And then, something clicked in his head.
... I have a spear...
.:Yes, brilliant observation-:.
... and we know there are job classes, because we've had a Time Mage and a White Mage...
.:... you're not going to try that. Please, don't make a fool of your-:.
It makes sense! Let's give it a shot!
.:No, no, absolutely-:.
Before Ultima could even finish her condescending demands, Kyle was crouched low, focusing on his connection, focusing on the source of his Holy magic. He then began to tense his legs, trying to get the magic running through his calves and thighs. He felt a light burning, as if his muscles were strained with the charged magic. Now, all that was left was to let loose, and-!
Kyle forcefully leapt into the air, blurring somewhat as he soared upward into the dark sky, a trail of white light following him after a brief flash from the ground. He'd been lucky- the ceiling wasn't all that low, so there would be no neck injuries (this time). As he reached the peak of his jump, he couldn't help but grin excitedly, the adrenaline now freely flowing through his veins. Readying his spear for the descent, He twisted his body to prepare for impact as he began to descend-
"KYAHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!"
.:You know, I hope you miss, child.:.

[HT ~ Oogie's Pit]
A wall of cards shot up around Oogie as the attacks came. James' bullets dented a card while Louis' shattered the top half of one of them. As soon as the attacks stopped the wall went down. At that point cards were shooting up in front of anyone that was approaching Oogie at a pace faster than a walk. He was trying to make this as difficult as possible. As someone neared him cards would be replaced by walls of those electric wires shooting up from the ground.
Kyle’s jump landed him right in front of the wall of cards. The cards lowered quickly, reavealing how close the teen was. Oogie almost panicked but before anything could happen he threw a pair of dice at Kyle. The dice seemed to pop on their short journey, flinging out large amounts of sticky spider webs that wrapped and draped themselves all around him. The wall of cards went right back up immediately after that.
"HAAA! That's all you got?! Really, you're making this too easy!" Oogie cried. He wanted to be sure most, if not all attempts at attacking him were foiled by his cards and zappers. Even if they failed he had a few tricks up his sleeve.
Noelle came closer to Oogie a little more slowly so she wouldn't run into anything that popped up in front of her. She dodged around a few cards, ran into one wall of wires before keeping put. The agromancer reared back with her spear and stopped short of throwing it as a card blocked Oogie from her aim. Changing the course of her throw, she aimed upwards and heaved forward, watching the spear arch in the air then come down where she hoped Oogie would be.
"Hey-OOW! Why you little sack of slime!" Oogie shouted in pain. As the card came down it could be seen that Noelle's spear had embedded itself in his burlap foot. He pulled out nine cards and whipped them at her.
The blonde didn't really know what to expect so she curled downwards and threw her arms over her head and face. She gave a surprised shout as two of the cards hit her dead on while the others skimmed her arms and legs. She immediately felt the sting of their touch and realized that they weren't just cards, they were practically blades. The two that hit her had the corners stuck shallowly in her right arm. She looked at them and gingerly pulled them from her skin. Traces of blood seeped from her little cuts here and there but they were more of a bother than a threat. Oogie really was a little weak when it came to attacks.

[Amy ; Cloud ; Beatrix ; Maggie : Land of Dragons : Throne Room]
"Ha!" Amy shouted out happily as her bullets did some damage to the orbs. It was a short lived victory, however, as the following attack on Riku and John made the room shake, and made her lose her footing. Again. She got back up with a groan, and watched in a sort of surreal state as...
...Cloud flew right past Amy. He and Axel had done some serious damage to the one orb -they worked rather well together- while Leon and Shang were focusing on the other. Upon its' destruction, the creature reached up and grabbed Cloud. The buster sword wielder's eyes widened considerably; he hadn't been expecting that.
Amy stood with mouth agape. She wanted to shout out some kind of warning - he was headed right toward Beatrix, Kyla, and Jon - but she had no time. The Heartless had thrown him like a rag doll. Axel was following right behind... and Cloud had let go of his sword. It would follow after as well.
"Look out!" Beatrix shouted, reflexes at the alert. She jumped off to the side, and reached out, actually put her hands and arms out, and grabbed at Axel as he was flying past. They'd both go tumbling if she managed to grab ahold, but it would absorb some of the impact.
Maggie was having a heck of a time avoiding being hit. First, it was bullets, and now, it was the wobbling Heartless! She had no idea where it was going to land, and dodged aside purely on instinct. When it finally collapsed, and its' head stuck out, she wasted no time in pummeling it with a series of punches.

[Dawn : Oogie's Pit]
After running face first into the first card, Dawn got back up and tried to find another path through. Every path she choose ended up being blocked. She was going nowhere fast.
Dawn's spirits were going down. She was angry and frustrated at herself, and basically the whole situation. Dawn didn't come all this way and almost drown and endless shocks to not be of any help to anyone. This was not going to turn out like the fight at Beast's Castle, where she ended up only causing more trouble then aid others.
In a shot of sorrow she slammed her fist into the wall that blocked her way. Dawn held her hand there and leaned her head against her hand. Her body shook slightly. She was tired of being weak. Dawn couldn't do anything. She knew it to be true, and hated that about herself.
"DAMN IT!!!" Dawn yelled out in frustration, "Why can't I do anything right? I want to do something but I never do anything."
A tear ran down her cheek as she looked up into the air, just as she watched Kyle jump over head.
Dawn's mind started to wonder sadly. Everyone else she was traveling with, they all seemed to have great powers. She remembered being told that those powers came from their summons that all of them had one, as did she. Which was something she had fail to see as of yet... she had yet to see any sign for herself that she had one. It made her all the more upset. Why hadn't the summon, she had one, done anything to help her?
With all these things running in her mind, Dawn's bottled up emotions, boiled over.
"GOD DAMN IT!!!" she screamed out even louder than the first time, "You darn summon. ANSWER ME! Cause I know you can hear me. If there is anything you can do to help me, DO IT!!!! GET OFF OF YOUR LAZY a** AND HELP ME!!!"
~'Now who are you calling a Lazy a**?'~
Dawn let a little startled yelp when she heard a not too pleased sounding voice speak in her head. It was female, rather soft. She could imagine if she were to whistle, it would sound like a bird call, or an actual bird
~'I mean seriously, is that sort of name calling really necessary, Sunlight?'~
"Who are you? Where are you?" Dawn said out loud looking around herself.
~'I am your summon... you know the one you were calling Lazy a**....'~
"Eh?"
'I didn't think that would actually work...'
~'Humph, well it did, and I will scold you for it later. Right now we got to get past these walls and beat that bag of bugs...'~
"Hey, that's not fair, you knowing that I am thinking..."
~'Sweetie, I know what you are thinking cause, I AM IN YOUR HEAD. Well in your heart, but close enough. Now for getting over this damn card that Oogie has put in your way and the best way I can see to getting over them is to jump.'~
"Jump? I can do that?"
~'Of course you can. It won't be as flashy as that show off, Flasher's, but it should get you closer to Oogie.'~
"Flasher...?" Dawn asked a little taken aback by the name her summon had used, "You mean Kyle?"
~'Well yeah, who else did you see flying over your head? All you got to do is concentrate, and create a wind around you, then jump.'~
Dawn's eyes narrowed as she listened to what her summon had instructed her to do. It seemed easy enough, but could she do it?
~'Don't worry Sunlight, I will help you.'~
She smiled hearing the comfort the voice had given her. Dawn closed her eyes and concentrated on the air around her. She couldn't explain why but she could feel different forces in it. It may of been the work of her summon, but the air soon turned into a gentle, yet steady wind that circled around her. She felt her hair and clothes moving in the breeze as it soon turned to that of a small whirlwind.
~'Now, jump!'~
Following the instructions given to her, Dawn took a large leap. The wind acting like a spring, she went shooting up like a rocket. Dawn took a risk, and opened her eyes, wondering how high she actually went. Her heart was pounding as she looked down on the area below. A smile spread across her face.
'I am flying...' Dawn thought as she closed her eyes, as she felt herself start to come back down, hearing a small giggle from the voice that belonged to her summon.
~'Well you are not quiet yet there to flying, but you will get there. Also a warning, you used way too much power on your first try. And that haste spell Flute Girl put on you made you go much faster and farther than I think you were intending...'~
"What?" Dawn asked as she opened her eyes, looking down to see where she was going, "Awww, crap!"
The summon was right, she went farther then she could of wanted. Dawn was coming right in on Oogie. Her feet in a direct path to ether his head or stomach, she couldn't really tell. Panic set in as she screamed and kicked her feet a little. Hoping if she did land on him, she could at least kick him in the shins or something.
((Please let me know if I used too much power or something going as far as I went with the jump. If it is too much, let me know. I'll change it.))

[Kichi :: LoD :: Throne Room]
Kichi yelled a quick "YES! WELL DONE!!" and noted Axel, Cloud, and the latter's sword flying towards him and Kyla, as Beatrix had already dodged. He pushed Kyla out of the way, and took advantage of the regained powers immediately...launching himself straight towards the oncoming projectile, person, and non-person. He grabbed Cloud with his left hand after unsummoning his tonfa, which sent him spinning very fast, still moving towards Kurt Zisa, though at a much slower pace. He ducked under Axel, still spinning, and grabbed the sword in his right hand as it went by in the same direction as he spun, causing his to spin even faster, at this point in place.
He couldn't keep this up for long, so he shouted, "Get ready!" to cloud and anyone between then and the hulking armored Heartless. Then...he quickly released cloud, sending him flying toward the heartless beast, and the sword flying after him a quarter second later. "GO!!" He said, immediately falling over, from both dizziness and momentum. He tried to getup, but pain shot through his arms. "Ow....that might have been a bad idea. That was a lot of strain on my arms."
((If Yuffie can throw him and the sword from midair, I'd think I can do this from the ground. Still lemme know if it's a problem. =D))
