 LucyThe pink Weavile nodded a little, pretending to rub the crown of her muzzle as she blushed again after having looked at those glasses.
"You're pretty smart for an Eevee," She then said, rather out of the blue.
"Judging from that last attack, you probably don't fight very often. Ever thought about the medical field?" She asked.
The Chief of Surgery was often trying to recruit many of the smarter members of the guilds, and she'd be perfectly content with seeing that cute face walking around her hospital at times~

 SaileitheSai blushed slightly. She took pride in her intelligence "Oh, yeah... Thank you." She replied before tilting her head. "Medical field? Here? I didn't think there was anything of the such... I thought we just ran around helping Pokemon until something bad happened..." Sai blinked, summing up her idea of the guilds. What Lucy had said caught her attention quite a bit, causing her mind to travel a bit and her head tilted back to the other side. "Yes, I'd say I'm interested in the idea." Her tail tip flicked slightly around her paws.

LucyLucy again nodded, scratching her muzzle.
"Yeah, I run a hospital that my uncle owns in the Kingdom. We're always accepting interns," said she.
"Also, I really need to get this off my chest."
Blushing again, she cleared her throat.
"I think your glasses are bloody adorable."

SaileitheSai smiled, nodding slightly as she straightened her head. She was about ready to start rethinking her evolution, whenever that would be. "I'd like to help out, just let me know how I should get started." She said then went silent as Lucy began to speak again, she paused and blushed a bit. "O-Oh..." Sai replied quietly, looking down for a moment feeling rather embarrassed. "Thank you, you're kind."She was at a bit of a loss for words, this wasn't a situation known by her.

LucyLucy gave a charming little smile, something she had cultivated way back in the day when she was trying to win over her first crush, Inari.
Now that smile just kinda came out every now and then.
"Just go to the hospital and ask the nurse at the front desk for an application. Tell her that I sent a recommendation~"
Lucy's pierced ear flickered a little bit.
"Oh damn, I just realized. I don't even know your name."

Saileithe"Alright, I'll do that later, thank you." Sai replied, making a mental note of it. "Oh, that's true. We haven't exactly met in proper circumstances yet have we? I'm Saileithe, but calling me Sai is much easier." She added with a small nod of a hello. "I don't believe I know yours either honestly." Lie. She's heard of Lucy a number of times from all her digging around for info.

Lucy"Saileithe... That's a pretty name," Lucy replied with a smile.
"My name's Lucy. If you've ever looked into the hierarchy of the Sun Guild, you may know me. I'm third in command," She explained.
"Oh yeah, random question, dude. You're an Eevee, but I can tell you're no kid. How old are you exactly?"
Subtlety?
Hah, it doesn't exist to this Weavile!~

Saileithe"Yes I've seen. It must be nice in a position like that." Oh how she missed royalty. "Me? I'm 27 at the moment. Pardon the kit appearance, there was a bit of an incident." Sai looked away for a moment. " Yes, the kit remarks do tend to become bothersome so thank you for catching on." She added in a hesitant laugh-- she still didn't forgive Alfred for that one encounter they had, but then again, females tend to hold grudges for too long.

Lucy"Eh, not really," Was Lucy's reply to her position.
"Just a bunch of paperwork and dealing with new brats who don't know what the ******** to do after joining."
The Weavile shrugged and sighed.
"Should have expected it, though. Back when I was a kid, my father practically ran the original Ice Guild before it fell. He wasn't Guildmaster, but he did most of the lazy Guildmaster's work."
Now there was a new Ice Guild, and it was being run by some shy thing of a Weavile.
There was no way she could have been a descendant of the Ice Guild's royal family, she actually did her work.
After hearing Sai's age, Lucy blinked a couple times.
Wow, she was actually older than the Weavile had guessed.
Of course, it caused her feelings about the glasses to heighten a little, causing her to blush again.

SaileitheWell, that was true. A position like this most likely required a lot more work. Sai soon nodded in agreement. "Yes I suppose that's right... Just need the right ones I guess..." She said in thought. Until this royalty phase ended, she'd most likely continue to envy the high tiers anyway but at least she was making connections. Her eyes moved back to Lucy and her unstable changes of expression. Sai felt lucky she had such things under strict control. She smiled though. "Is there anything you'd like to talk about or go to?" Sai asked as the convo began to die down. Conversation wasn't one of her strong points at all.

LucyOn the inside, Lucy was having some kind of battle with herself.
She was almost twenty years older than this Eevee, yet she couldn't stop feeling like a schoolgirl when she saw those ******** GLASSES.
Not to mention an intelligent girl was also something Lucy loved.
Normally she'd be fine with giving in to these kinds of thoughts, but remember, Lucy had just lost her mate.
'What about Isis?! Doesn't she matter anymore?!'
'Of course she matters! But she's gone, I have to move on!'
'It's too early! Besides, you're not even in love! You're just fangirling over glasses!'
'That's true... but it doesn't mean I can't be friendly with another adult.'
"Would you like to maybe go out for a bite to eat sometime?~" Was what eventually came out of Lucy's mouth.

SaileitheSai tilted her head slightly. Lucy seemed to be conflicting judging by the look on her face so she waited respectfully. After all, she'd like just that much given to herself as well. Upon Lucy's response, Sai's ears twitched and she straightened her head and posture. "Yes, that sounds nice." Sai agreed with a nod.

LucyThe Weavile gave that smile again.
Her darkly lined eyes glistened a little, as if she had won that internal battle.
"Awesome!" She replied loudly, earning a stern look and a "Shhhh!" from the Xatu librarian.
"Ah, shut up, your paycheck comes from me!" Lucy retorted to the bird Pokemon, who soon retreated.
"Contrary to what I just said, I'm not that much of a d**k~" Lucy then whispered to Sai.

SaileitheSai blinked as her ears heightened to Lucy's shout... Well, at least it gave a protecting feeling? Sai giggled slightly before standing and getting down onto the chair, then the ground. "It's all okay." She replied with a smile. "I will see you soon yes? I should stop at the Hospital before going to sleep. The mission today was rather stressful." Sai explained, looking back at Lucy.

LucyLucy smiled and waved one of her claws to Sai as she hopped off the table.
"Yeah, alright, I got it," She replied.
She knew more than anyone how exhausting missions could be.
"Maybe I'll see you at the hospital. I oughta' get going, too. My boss is probably pissed that I'm not here. See ya' later!~"
With that, Lucy replaced the book in its proper shelf and waved again to Sai before leaving.
