Frostkit and Dapplekit padded into the nursery and went to sleep.

Featherpaw was too exhausted to argue. Yet, she couldn't sleep for the pain. So she just lay there, gasping.
Brightpaw exited the apprentice's den. She couldn't rest. She was too worried.

Maskedshadow nodded in agreement with what Willowstream said. Then, turning his gaze to the sky, he said a silent prayer to Starclan that the apprentice would be alright.
Wolfwhisker, after a little while of silence, decided to go out for a stroll, wanting to hunt or something because she was feeling bored. She padded to the tunnel that led out of camp and left, telling Maskedshadow and Willowstream that she was going for a stroll and that she would be back soon.

Willowstream mewed good bye to Wolfwhisker. Then looked back to the apprentices den, "maybe we should go see how she's doing" she said to Maskedshadow.

Maskedshadow nodded and told Wolfwhisker to be careful and to yowl if she needed him. Then the tom turned back to Willowstream. "Maybe your right." He meowed before starting to pad over to where the coughing was coming from.

Frostkit woke up, she wasn't sure if she should tell the other kits. They could tell Fernkit and she'll tell Blossomstar.

Blackpaw emerged out from the apprentices den with a yawn. She shook her pelt thoroughly then padded into the center of camp.

As Featherpaw continued to gasp, her thoughts drifted to Bloodpaw. Was he okay?
Brightpaw listened to the painful-sounding coughs coming from the medicine cat's den. She knew they came from Featherpaw. "Please let her get through this." she meowed quietly to StarClan.

Willowstream was just about to enter the apprentices den to see how Featherpaw was, when she remembered she was in the medicien cat's den. She turned and headed across the clearing.
Rosekit woke up and prodded Flamekit in the side with her paw, "wake up Flamekit!" Rosekit mewed. when Flamekit finaly woke up, the two kits headed into the clearing. Rosekit looked around the camp, until one cat cought her eye, "Flamekit look, theres Blackpaw!" she meowed, pointing with her tail to the center of the camp.
Flamekit and Rosekit headed toward Blackpaw, "Hi, Blackpaw!" Flamekit meowed.

Blackpaw perked her ears up as soon as she heard the sound of two sets of tiny paws heading towards her. "Hey Flamekit, hey Rosekit." She meowed, turning her gaze to them.
Maskedshadow followed Willowstream as she headed for the apprentices den and then turned and headed to the medicine cat's den. He chuckled to himself.I made the same mistake.. He thought then quietly padded into the den. "Featherpaw?"

Rosekit looked at Blackpaw, "what are you doing?" she asked. but before Blackpaw could reply, Flamekit said, "will you take us hunting?", Rosekit scuffed Flamekit's ear with her paw, "you mouse-brain, kits aren't allowed out of the camp!" she mewed, but she had to amit that she wondered what it would be like outside of the camp.
Willowstream padded into the medicine cat's den, and looked around for Featherpaw, but then heard a low gasping sound. She padded over to where she saw Featherpaw and sat down beside her, at first she thought she was asleep but then noticed that her eyes where open as she glanced around.

Blackpaw looked at Rosekit and chuckled, hearing both of her questions, one after the other. "I wish I could, but you guys aren't apprentices yet. Sorry."
Wolfwhisker entered through the fern tunnel, padding over to the fresh-kill pile and dropped her squirrel onto it. She found herself unable to forget Crowsight; his eyes, the feel of his fur mingling with her own, and the sound of his mew. The she-cat shook her head. "Wolfwhisker, snap out of it."
