"Well, I am a rather proficient ninjutsu user along with taijutsu. What say you to learning a higher ranked elemental ninjutsu of your choice? Say, C-Rank or B-Rank?" Rin suggested, offering it to her in case she really was interested in learning other things. Of course, it was entirely up to Ami as to what she wanted to learn.

Ami's eyebrow perked up a bit when she said C or B ranked, she nodded,"I would like that very much, do you know suiton?"she asked in her usua even tone though there was a hint of excitement in it.

Rin nodded and smirked. "Then you will learn the move that gave my village its name. The Hidden Mist Technique. If you do well, I'll show you a defensive water ninjutsu that is about the best that you can get for an ultimate defense at your level." She explained, forming the handseals for the first technique slowly so that Ami could copy them. "Kirigakure no Jutsu (Hidden Mist technique)" Soon, all visibility in the dojo was lost.

Ami soon was caught in the fog and smirked as the fog soon dissipated and she tried herself. Ami made the hand signs but nothing happened, everything was still visible. She frowned and tried again.(1/3) Ami tried the technique again, this time a tiny bit swirled around her feet and around her body causing the view to blur but it dissapeared quickly. She sighed and tried again.(2/3) This time when she tried the technique she was able to cover the entire area in fog and cut off visibilty,"Yes."she muttered as she got rid of the fog and smiled.(3/3)

Rin nodded in approval and moved onwards, backing away so that she was in the centre of the dojo. "Now this is a B-Ranked skill that will require a body of water. I don't believe you are at the capacity to be able to draw water out of the air, so practice will need to be moved outside. I'll show it to you now regardless." She said calmly, forming a longer string of hand seals as thousand of droplets in the air formed until she had a large amount of water surrounding her. "Suiton: Suijinheki (Water Release: Water Barrier)" The water stirred up viciously and created a huge current which surrounded her completely. To demonstrate its effects, she took out a kunai and tossed it into the surrounding water. It was caught by the current and spun around rapidly before being rejected with a speed nearly triple of its original one. It buried itself deep into the wall, only the hilt still visible. The water settled back to normal and Rin's happy expression turned serious again. "Now this takes a large amount of chakra. It should only be used in dire situations. A living current is nowhere near as easy to control as mist is."

Ami just watched in awe at the wave and the jutsu and shook her head when it was gone. She smiled, she couldn't wait to learn the technique herself."At the moment I can only take a little bit of water from the air."Ami said in a quiet voice as the two of them walked outside of the dojo for more space to practice. Ami took a deep breath and concentrated on her breath as she made the hand signs she focused on pulling the water from the air around them. She was able to create the equivalent of a baisin fuill of water then making the hand signs that Rin showed her tried the technique but noting happened, the water fell to the ground. Ami rolled her eyes and tried agan.(1/6) Ami tried the technique again, she gathered the water nd preforming the correct hand signs but there wasn' enough water and she got distracted by a bird causing the water to fall to the ground and splash all over the place. She needed to improve her water creation and focus.(2/6)Ami attemoted the technique again, she focused on pulling the water out and made the long string of hand signs creating a slightly larger aount of water, (not as large as Rin's was). She took a deep breath and concentrated more to make the water surround her. The water followed but it was shaky and soon splashed on the ground again,"Crap!"she muttered toherself as she set herself up again.(3/6)

"Alright, I'll get this time."she made the handsigns creating a fractionally larger amount of water then through more concentration caused the water to circle her. It was a bit more stable and moved a bit more faster but when she threw a kunai through it the current fell apart and th kunai landed in a tree.(4/6) Ami's next attempt was a little bit more successful in that she was able to create more water and it took less concentration to make the water go around her. The current began picking up speed, she threw the kunai at the water and this time the kunai was spun around and tossed out the other side into the tree, it was somewhat deep in the trunk. She was close but the current was still a bit slow.(5/6) When Ami did the technique again, the rotation of the current and the power was increased in that when Ami threw the kunai at it, it sped up and spit the kunai out with alot of force behind it causing only the hilt to be seen similar to what happened when Rin did it. She smiled trumphantley(6/6). Ami was beginning to feel the effects of the jutsu, she felt worn out, it was a B ranked jutsu after all. She had to sit down because she was staarting to breath ragged as she lay flt on her back and just cosed her eyes.

Rin sat down beside Ami, more than willing to let her have her well-deserved breather. The water barrier was not an easy thing to master, especially at a young age. She knew the difficulties of that all too well. After all, ninjutsu was among her weaker points until a series of events led her to where she was now. The chakra drain hardly ever phased her at all now. "You did good. Use it only when necessary, and when you are near a body of water. You'll save a considerable amount of chakra through that." She advised, waiting to see if Ami wanted to continue or if she was finished for the day.

Ami only nodded her head because she didn;t have the energy to get up. She opened her eyes,"Just curious what is your specialty, sensei?"she asked in a even voice, she was done for today, that last jutsu wiped her out.

"That's kind of a difficult question." Rin replied, furrowing her eyebrows as she thought about it a little bit. She had extensive knowledge in most fields save for genjutsu when it really came down to it. Her weapons training was mainly something required of Mizukages and swordsmen to possess, that was sort of a specialty. Then there was her ninjutsu, but the only reason she was capable of them was because of the Gobi. She hardly knew if that counted either. Eventually she settled on an answer. "I was originally a taijutsu specialist. My main art was Pai Qua Quan, which makes me more or less impossible to hit unless something moves several times faster than my eyes."

Raising an eyebrow, Rin saw no harm in it and nodded, resting as she watched Ami rather curiously. "Go ahead if you want. I don't mind at all." She felt agitation from one of her clones again and assumed that it had to do with the visit with Qastor. She sighed slightly, not all that surprised about it.

Suddenly a monkey appeared before Rin having summoned itself to her. The monkey held a small child and a note and silently offered both to her. The child was obviously Hikaru whom she had seen earlier at the office with both Buraian and Artemis. However, the note was the important part. It read "Rin, if you are getting this then that means you will have received Hikaru, please take care of him for now, Artemis has become detached from herself, and I'm not sure she is in her right mind. I need you to take care of Hikaru and whatever you do, don't give him to Artemis unless I am present. I hope to be able to pick him up in the next few days...so do not stray far. Also...if I do not, then I may very well be dead, should that be the case hide Hikaru...and do not trust Artemis. Take care of him like he was your own child. I am sorry I must be asking this of you...but please Rin, your the only one I can trust with this. Signed, Buraian Nagashi, Mizukage" the only other notable thing would be that his signature would be unmistakable.

Rin took the kid and the note, while her own messenger returned to inform her about everything that had happened with Kirama and in Sound. She swore quietly and dismissed both of the monkey summons, looking at the small one that was sleeping peacefully in her arms at the moment. "Great, not only have I gone from Kage and sensei to some babysitter, but now my own daughter's off to act as otokage already." She grumbled, although kept her anger to a minimum since she was around Hikaru. Man, how was she going to explain this one to Kirama when he woke up? "Oh hi honey, while you were out cold, our daughter has become the next otokage and is relocating her entire village to some place new. By the way, both Qastor and Buraian left their kids with us so we've just gained three new little ones to look after." As if that was going to go over well.
