He sighed and turned to look at her. His eyes were watery like he was going to cry but he looked serious. "I told you, I'm just tired." He said to her again.

Rhi walked along the edges of the lake quietly, her hands at her sides and her eyes focused on nothing but the ground. She could hear people laughing and squealing as they touched the cool water but she continued on along the path.
