Nagisa nodded. "As expected, Kumo is known for it's Raiton users. This next part might be a little..." Nagisa ducked behind the desk and pulled out a battery with two handles. "..unpleasant." She finished with a sigh. She hated this part, but it was a necessary part of a Raiton user's training. "To safely use Raiton jutsu, it is best if you build up a resistance to electricity. If you do not, then you will be hurt whenever you use even the weakest Raiton jutsu. As an upside however, this training also makes you resistant to all electricity not just your own." She gestured for the girl to grab hold of the handles. As soon as she grabbed hold of it, a constant flow of electricity to the level an Academy student should be able to resist. Her muscles would instantly tighten, making it almost impossible to let go of the battery, and she would feel an intense pain. Nagisa stayed close so she could hit the kill switch if she needed to, but secretly hoped her training wouldn't be as bad as Sonji's was.

Nagisa nodded. "let's do a quick non-elemental jutsu while your system recovers. Otherwise you will indeed feel it." she paused in thought for a moment then with a nod demonstrated the handseals. "Now, genjutsu is very different from Ninjutsu, as your studies no doubt taught you. Genjutsu tends to require better chakra control, and it is used in a slightly different way. Instead of forcing things to happen, you instead effect the target's brain directly forcing it to experience things that aren't happening. Genjutsu can be used to stun opponents, trick them, or to cause mental trauma. I am perhaps biased, but I think that every ninja should know at least one genjutsu. This one, is 'Ikamono Chishio" Suddenly a large wound appeared across Nagisa's face, and she fell over on the ground bleeding on the floor. After a moment, she stood back up and smiled. "To get the proper effect, you kind of need to augment your illusion with a bit of acting."

"tisk, tisk, tisk. Clumsy Academy students" Nagisa teased. the girl was obviously feeling better or she wouldn't have bothered acting. "Your system seems to have enough time to adjust, let's get some more raiton jutsu done with. You shouldn't feel much, if any discomfort performing these low-rank jutsu." Nagisa demonstrated the next set of seals.
"Let's start with a very useful jutsu, 'Raikou bunshin.'" As she spoke, a collection of static formed beside her. As if weaving, Nagisa guided the flow of raiton chakra so that it built the clone's frame. After the basic frame was constructed, she began to "weave" the appearance and flesh things out. a minute later two Nagisa-bunshins were watching the girl patiently. She tried her best to do all of this slowly, so the girl had a chance to see what was happening. Normally the bunshin would be formed almost instantly.

((I didn't post my expectations on your learning post, so I'll let that slide. However, I will now make them as clear as I can. I want your post to go into detail on the learning process, preferably the process of forming the jutsu. The later part of my post is a basic example. The first couple times you use a jutsu your character is concentrating on the process one step at a time. Later on it becomes simple to perform so you don't need as much detail.

((just try and make them as in-depth as you can, but that length was reasonable. The rest will probably start taking care of itself once you learn higher rank jutsu (which need more posts)) I get that you can't post all the time, I just wanted to be sure I didn't say something wrong somehow.)
Nagisa poked at the bunshin experimentally and then nodded in approval. "Could still use a little work, but it's not bad for a first try." She paused for a moment in thought, wondering what she should teach next. There weren't many Academy level jutsu that Nagisa knew. Her own circumstances were rather unique, so she would need to learn more lower rank jutsu if she planned to teach many more students. "Yurayura Ranpu no Jutsu" Nagisa said as once she again demonstrated a handseal. A low glow slowly developed around her, then after a bright flash dissipated. Nagisa waited, giving the girl a chance to recover from the sudden flash. "By focusing on your raiton chakra, and directing it through your skin, this jutsu allows you to make yourself glow. This jutsu is useful for sending messages and lightening up dark areas. As you have just experiences, it is also a very useful way to stun an opponent giving you precious time in battle.
