nym knew Cloud was probably sad still from their conversation before the hunter showed up.nym sighed and talked to ling "You see that was the guy who made cloud kill his parents." nym said. "and i must go check on cloud he is probably sad. Around here it seems days start well and end bad only to be fixed and start well the next day." nym entered the house "feel free to help yourself to the food." nym called to ling as she walked up the stairs to check on cloud.

Cloud saw Nym walk through the door. He put down his guitar and sat on his bed,waiting for her to say something.

Ling nodded. "Well actually I've got to catch my train again. I'm sorry I couldn't visit you guys sooner. Congrats on the house!" She left the house property and left town.

"Cloud . .like I said right before the hunter attacked. I am not going to leave if it will make you sad. and i did not just say that I meant it." nym walked into the room over to cloud "Your my friend so I put you first, thats how it works and if that means I stay then I'll stay."

Cloud wanted to believe Nym was gonna be with him,but it seemed unlikely. "You can't choose both your dreams and me. I'll just get in the way of your lust for vampirism. You'd have to leave me in order to get it and pursue it's path."

"Oh...alright then. I guess you'll change sides once the year is over..." Cloud really wanted Nym to stay on the side of light and it seemed like he was doing a good job of convincing her to stay. Turns out,he was wrong.

Cloud smiled weakly at his opportunity. He still had a chance. "Seems like another ruined day,isn't it?" Cloud looked out the window to see it was pitch black outside.

nym looked out the window as well and saw the clouds were still gone. "Not really ruined yet." nym said. She ran to her room and grabbed a case then came back and grabbed Cloud's arm and dragged him down stairs and out the back door. "We can star gaze!"

"I'm scared to ask,but what's in the case?" Cloud pulled a beach chair over and made himself comfortable.

nym opened the case and pulled out a stand and a telescope. "It's a telescope, you know makes it easier to see the stars. I am not a big fan of them but I thought you may want to use it."

"Why would I?" Cloud sprouted his wings and flew up to the night sky. He got enough distance from the telescope for Nym to see him hovering. Cloud looked around. He was as close to the stars as he could get without going into space.

nice idea nym thought.She used her staff to fly up to the roof and sat down to look at the stars. I like to relax when I look at the stars nym thought laying back.

Cloud flew over to Nym and sat next to her on the roof. "Beautiful night,don't you think? Almost makes you forget about life itself."
