"And I love your laugh, and that cloud you get over your pretty face when your angry... I love watching you work among the flowers, even though you put them all to shame... And I love the little red dot on your lip." He smiled, noting the spot that had indeed popped up as she cried. He kissed it to show he meant it as he just held her so close, afraid to let go.

"I Dont know if I want to let go..." He admitted with a smile, just holding onto her a bit longer. Though he knew it was getting a little uncomfortable with all the dampness, and he was chilled terribly.

"Though you have a point..." He sighed as his body let out a violent shiver involuntarily. "Promise we can just do nothing but hold each other for the rest of the say and night, and you've got yourself a deal love..." He smiled softly, kissing her again as he kept his arm about her, but led her over to the edge of the gazebo, stopping to just look at the rain a moment.

"No no... I deserved- no I needed it... I should be promising not to do anything that would call for it again.." He smiled gently. "I never want to hurt you like that again. I deserved much more than a slap to tell you the truth, after everything I put you through... and yet somehow, despite all that, you're still here in my arms..." He looked to her, his eyes soft and so loving. "Thats something I can't even begin to describe- that feeling of thankfulness, pride that you're 'mine', and ...love...." He looked down a little, smiling sweetly as he let her inside.

Nat smiled, taking off his muddy boots so he wouldn't make too big a mess. "Of course...I bet I'll get done before you..." He winked as he took off towards the guest bedroom's bathroom.

The though had crossed his mind more than once, about them perhaps sharing a shower, but he knew very well they weren't near the point of that kind of intimacy just yet. Which was ok with Nat. He had really only been with one woman or so before, which is saying a lot for a boy raised on the streets of Veratia. Especially a musician who already dabbled in drugs.

But his mother always tried to raise him right, and that he appreciated. He didn't have the desire to simply screw around with any female who wondered into his life. He was patient and careful, ecspecially when they meant something to him.

She was right about who'd finish first. Nat had taken no time at all getting the mud and muck off him, though did lag a bit so they'd be able to meet in the middle. He met her on the couch, arms ready and open for her to com back where she belonged. "Get over here you..." He smiled sweetly. He was wearing some comfy flannel pajama bottoms to stay warm, and a dark green tshirt. his hair was getting a little long, though it looked almost wavy wet. He had never liked his hair and it showed now as he pushed it back with the hand not awaiting Tegans touch.

Nat smiled, nuzzling her with his nose. "And I love you..." He smiled, letting out a small chuckle or two as he held her closely. "Gosh....Its so surreal to say that... But it...it sounds right. I love you." He repeated it, smiling a bit wider as he had to just look at her for a moment. "I .... Love You.' he nodded, as if settling that it was indeed perfect.

As her delicate little fingers swept through his hair, his cheeks glowed red. "I was thinking about it...does it look alright though? I've never really paid much mind to my hair." He admitted, going cross eyed to see a few strands that were in his way.

"Hm maybe just a small one..." He winked, not admitting he'd rather not have any similarities with Damian despite him being a fine man and perfect for Raquel. He just felt a little tension there still. "You know...its usually wavy like this. I've always worked hard ot keep it straight, but thats about it. Only because wavy hair is bothersome...but I think i'm starting to go for it again..." He smiled,scrunching it a little with his free hand.
