"True." Gossamer said with a small grin. "If no one knows you're around, no one will come. Unless of course we send them a little reminder. Then again, might be better if no one comes to your rescue. We were just interrupted in the middle of a nice little torture session, and I'm still itching to have my turn."

Robin  Robin let her face turn to a bit of rage as she gritt her teeth and her voice droped an octive and picked up a gravelly underbelly tone. "There's nothing you can do to me that hasn't been done..." She gritt her teeth and looked more intently at the woman. "Would that be worth your little girl? To rip me from limb to limb?" She added before looking away. "I'm amazed Joker you actually found someone half as twisted as you...what you going to make her dress up like a fool too or is that a first girlfriend kind of thing?" She said as she looked at him. She knew she was playing with fire. But then again she was circled by it anyways might as well see if she could use fire against fire.

"Oh, I doubt that. You can cause quite a bit more damage with magic than anything else." she replied with a sadistic grin. She pause a moment after the girl continued talking. Little girl...Rosie? Come to think of it, she didn't remember...where did...
'Alright, where is she.'
'The bat took her on his way out'
'And you didn't...
'It's not like the child can't take care of herself.'
'Besides, the brat knows how to get back to-'
'You, Shut-up. You're still not allowed to talk.'
'But-'
'None.'
Alright...so she'd have to see about Rosie after all of this. He was right though, she could take care of herself. She had made sure of that. Still...if they kept Rosie from her...

"We'll find her later, Mist," the Joker told Gossamer, before turning his attention to Robin. "And why would I make her change from a costume that she's already comfortable with? Besides, the Mist here, was already a criminal, and already had a warped sense of humor, much like mine. Harley wasn't even insane when I met her. No basis for comparison." Looking around, he saw that there wasn't a whole lot going on, so he said, "Actually, Mist, if it's alright with you and Lexie, I'll be heading out for a minute. See if I can find anyone else of note."
"I don't see a problem with that," Lex replied. "Take your communicator with you, just in case."
"Okie-dokey, smokey!" He checked to make sure that the communicator was on his wrist.

Gossamer looked back to Joker and nodded with a small smile. Guess she could hang around here for a while. Rosie should be alright.

Robin Robin watched after giving him a look of whatever with a bit of a head shake and a bit of a crossing of her eyes, she held back her tongue. She had almost forgot she wasn't wearing a mask and this was all visiable. She only shook her head at the okie dokey and then watched for him to leave. Then she looked to Gossamer. "Has he hit you yet?..." she asked gently and sincerly. "Has he hit Rosie?...I mean she didn't run back to you two did she? Maybe there is a reason?" She added, she was hoping to plant a seed of doubt, and she didn't know...that little girl didn't seem to have a problem knocking bats out before why would she let him take her otherwise? She could have gotten hit or Joker could have hurt her in another way.

"Little birdy," Joker said to Robin, a small smile on his face, "I come from a much different generation, one where slapping a child around for a little is good for discipline. I will readily admit to having hit her a little for those purposes. In any case, I'll be going now. If I happen to find a Rosie, I'll bring her back with me when I return." The laughing lunatic started for the door.
Lex looked at the three of them. Rosie? He looked at Gossamer, and asked, "Your child?"
Joker answered for her, calling behind himself, "In a sense..." Then, the Clown Prince of Crime was out the door.

Gossamer didn't reply to the girl, nor did she really have anything to say after Joker was out the door. The reason Rosie allowed the Bat to take her was either the fact that Gossamer hadn't told her not to...or she was upset over her friend. She had unfortunately made friends with a spider.
Well, they'd have to have a little talk about who she made friends with and who she didn't.

Lex went back to the computers, and immediately took care of the deposit he had promised Deathstroke; $500,000,000 wired to Slade Wilson's private account. Then, he began looking for the final member. Two had caught his eye. One was a mercenary, while the other was merely hell-bent on killing one of the heroes. This wasn't exactly a bad thing, considering the Joker had the same mission; the clown proved to be willing to play the role of ally. Luthor himself was normally obsessed over the death of Superman, so he couldn't really judge based on that alone. The mercenary looked promising, and could easily be paid into his service, but there was something about the other choice...Something about the way he went about everything. And then, he watched on the screen as the other one attacked. Lex watched as he came very close to killing his target in a single strike, which required little planning at all. Watched as the other option got his ankle snapped, and still kept walking and functioning, like a man possessed. Lex Luthor smiled. He had found his man. Lex Luthor was going to recruit Norman Osborn, the Green Goblin.
