I edited my post on page 13 to get rid of the shop applications and put in that there are only 10 slots available, on a first-come first-serve basis, and that inactive shops will be locked/deleted.
I still think that we should have a shops info thread though, so that people can see a list of current shops, and post if they are going to make a shop or have become an employee in another shop. Maybe we could combine it with an SFQ for the sub-forum.

That's what I was thinking (more or less) but Icee said we already have a SFQ. But I do thingk we still need a thread for the shops as you said.

IceeWitch There's no reason for a GMB because the SMB is for everyone to post their announcements. I just wish it was used more frequently. It's boring just seeing absences.
A GMB I don't agree with, but an SFQ specifically for that subforum I completely support. Especially because this is a new idea, I think that an SFQ would be much needed.

I think we'll have Gryffindor's by Saturday(we have a lead, but that could change). I'm not sure if some people have had a chance to vote yet, due to computer problems, like MLT.

Do you mean like who can do what there?
If so I would like to see the following:
arrow Grads can be the only ones to have a store
arrow Only one house per username
arrow You must post a knock post to be able to chat in the house of another member once you are greated by the house owner you may enter and chit chat. Unless the owner is hosting an open house (meaning anyone welcome anytime).
arrow the shops have their rules that must be followed as do the houses
and usual:
arrow follow guild rules and Gaia ToS

Those sound pretty good. I'm not sure we need the one about only grads being able to have a store.
Definitely only one house per username, each house may have it's own special rules that need to be followed, and follow Gaia ToS and guild rules.
What's the vote on knocking? I think it makes sense that you can't enter someone's house without being invited in.
Maybe in the RAs there should be:
-an introductory post with a description of the RA
-a rules post
-a post with a list of houses/owners and each house's rules/description.
i.e. when you first make a house, post your rules and a description and then the person who made the RA will put it in the post at the beginning. Then we can keep track of who has a house and what it's like. It should make it easier for RPing if it's all in one place. Thoughts?
