you can use a regular pen/pencil tool on photoshop [i don't like photoshop personally, hard to understand for bout 1-2 years XD] =w=

Adobe Illustrator. xd .
It's a vector software though. So, it's smoother than pixels but harder to dissolve colours.
Maybe because I've been using it longer. :3

haha i still prefer sai, has everything i need, what it needs is more textures and a smear thing [though water is like a smear XD] D:
