*Rogue bit into Cady's neck rather suddenly as her teeth elongated. She spoke into Anne Marie's mind.
Go downstairs and across the street and get me a pack of cigarettes. If you take one, there will be punishment. There is money on the counter.
She then spoke to Cady as she drank from him. she makes me hungry sometimes...her heartbeat so loud...

Cady tilts his head to the side to give his lover better access to his neck, and lets her drink to her heart's content. She had learned to shield thoughts form him, whether she knew it or not, because he did not hear the command to his daughter. He would protest if he did.
He sees her leave, though, and thinks nothing more of it. When he hears the oh-so-familiar voice in his head, he responds in Kind, She is young and full of life... When I saw her first, months ago now, I almost killed her then. But I heard her speak, and I knew I could not. She has the voice of a Bardess. And she could speak to spirits, and I will teach her how but... One day she will be made one of us, and she will never be able to again... Because of Amel. The other spirits are scared of Amel.

I there were more poeple that i knew inthis place...being new here is like being a new kid at school*sigh* i guess i should try and make aquaitence with some one.
she looked around the main room and did not really see and one she would feel comfortable near. she always had hung with a very emo kind of group....here quite frankly it was hard to tell.

Eve stepped into the room and quietly pushed the door behind her. She brushed the light sprinkles of rain still clinging to her ruffled, silk, dress. She flipped her hair bak casually s she walked forth. Looking around the room she took in the stylishly lavished room. She choose a leather chair up against the thick, dark, shades on the windows. Once she had settled she waited silently.

She stirred slightly after a long moment of silence. She leaned far back on the chair; something her parents would scold her for because it was very 'un-lady' like. With a smug smile forming on her lips, she felt the need rising in her. Looking once more around the room she felt an odd wave of nausea hit the pit of her stomach. Ordinary symptoms... she convinced hersel.

*Rogue walked in with a handful of groceries. She opened the fridge and started putting them away.
This job seemed unusual to her. She did not need to buy food...but now with Anne Marie in the house...
Cady was right about one thing. Her voice was beautiful. Early in the morning or sometime, she had been singing in the shower. Rogue had just merely listened.*

Cady wanders into the room, when he felt Rogue's presence moving into the building, he had dropped what he was reading, and come to meet her in the Main room. "My rogue, food? Ah... for our child" He says, "And you have heard her sing?" He says, smiling as he does. "And now you understand why she must not smoke? I am afraid she does not, though she had not smoked since we forbid it... Fear plays no small part in that, I believe."

Cady nods and smiles, "The girl with the voice of Angels" and then says, in response to her unsoken thoughts, "And what were these gi ifts of yours? Your looks, which are amazing... Or something else?" And then she asks about Anne Marie, so Cady closes his eyes a moment, seeking her out with his mind. It was hard to locate mortals this way becauce their minds were weak and there was so many of them, "She is within this building..." He says.

was more of an artistic gift. I painted all the time...being so well expressed in that time wasn't proper for the ladies, so my parents somewhat shut me in...
I was more beautiful than my sister, though I loved her and my brother very much..." *She stops a moment remembering them the way they were...* "There was a party at our house, my parents being honorable aristocrats of the time...and lets just say that he found me in my room on the second floor. Said he had watched me for days from just outside the window..."
*She looked down at the floor a moment and lit a cigarette.*

Cady walks over to Rogue, and takes her in an emrace, "All of our lives ended in misery, my Rogue, and though that does not make any llife any less painfull, just remember that you are not alone in your pain." He says, "My turning was, like so much of my life, a bloody affair. My friends and tutors slain like insects, and I, the last of a great druid circle was felled almost as easily, but I was felled with a hammer in my hands, and for that I was granted eternal unlife."

Cady sighs a little bit, but can't help smiling when she says he was strong, "I suppose that that is the gift that allowed me to live forever, to be damned forever, courage and strength. There are worse things to be remembered for, I suppose." And he brushes his teeth, rather suddenly, against rogue's neck.
