Finishing his forms, Cirithi flicked the "blades" of the practice swords with a quick jerk from his wrists. It was a motion he learned in Sheinar, flicking blood off the blade. 225

Cirithil returned the practice swords to their stands. He sat down next to his things for a moment. He was still sweating and very hot, not eager to put back on his garments. He loosened the laces of his shirt, and gazed at the White Tower.

After quite some time, Cirithil tightened his shirt back up and put on his coat, baldrics, and cloak. He layed his hauberk over his arm and turned to Master Keian, "Master Warder, the sun is sinking low, and I have been here since before her light could be seen. Am I done for the day?" After waiting some time, he rose and left.

Cirithil returned early, and went about preparing for the day's practice. He had no intention on beginning earlier than he must though, so he organized the practice weapon stands.

After he finished organizing the stands, Cirithil pulled out some bread that was left over from the previous night. He took a bite and drank some water from the nearby wells. He had just realized how hungry he was, not eating breakfast before he left for his...errands. He sat down, cross-legged, and opened himself to the void. He embraced the void, and allowed himself live in none but a gentle glow...Saidar. He never reached for it, but merely focused on the void. He did this every day, to help reach the void easier and faster in battle. He had always called the void mushin.

The morning bell drew him out of his void. His stomach growled. He reached into the pocket where he often kept a hunk of cheese. All that was there was cloth. He grimaced, "I'm a fool to have forgotten a snack." He stood, and made for the dinning hall, just to retrieve a little food to go.

Cirithil sighed. Threre were still no one around. He settled, placed his cheese in the shade, and went back to his meditational mushin.

At the sound of the afternoon bell, he gathered his things, and left.
