[I couldn't kill Cecil. He's my first active character and my favorite.]
"Whussat?" Cecil called. "Did I hear my name?"
Cecil stared through the falling snow looking for whoever was calling his name.

Syra was just about to give up when she heard Cecil call back. She sighed in relief "Cecil...i-its Syra." she called back. The snow was affected her sight. damn know...if it wasn't for you i would be able to find him faster. she thought.

Sage_Nashae Raziel nodded and spoke to the oncoming attacker, "I must apologize on my lords behalf, but it would seem that your forces are fleeing. So if I must fight you it must be quick." He held up the blade like a sentinel, "The choice is yours."
Takehitsu indeed did look to his side. Unfortunately for him retreat was not as easy an option as would appear. In fact due to the fact the army had been retreating he was in a small circle of troops. "This isn't necessarily good I haven't been paid yet.' He cursed to himself. He didn't expect them to wait for him or something but he did wonder what Raziel and his side planned on doint. Did they plan to capture him or... Hire him.
"So what do you plan on doing now? I'm surrounded I won't go in for free..." He said in a curious and partially tauntingly manner. He hefted his doublesword in a manner so he could view all around him. He wondered if he should have just gave up there.

Jilin stood from his throne of earth, "Raziel, it is apparent that this mercenary is useless to us. Leave him be. I do not see anything truly useful coming from him, round up the elite guard and bring the automatons back to Deralo castle, they have proven to be better in battle than I had predicted." He turned about to walk away when he realized something, with an upraised hand he dispelled all of the things he had cast. The Meteors topped falling, thunder stopped shooting up from the ground, and the walking dead became dead yet again, "I do not have the authority to hire you as a mercenary but should you ever seek more permanent employment, my elite guard could always use more members. All it takes is a small agreement and you will be set for life with plenty of fighting opportunities. Just something for you to think about." With those words the dark form that was Jilin started walking away through the ruins of the battle field. [exits to Deralo castle]
Raziel sheathed his sword and ignored the rest of JIlin's words. Few people knew what Jilin was doing but Raziel had served long enough to know how he worked. It was scary sometimes to see how quickly it happened but it seemed that no matter what side won Jilin always was ahead in the end. Jessica was the only one who knew Jilin's full plans but that didn't stop the rest of the guard from betting on Jilin's next move. So far Raziel was right. "It's a good job in the end, free equipment, training, a place to lay your head, and you are practically free to do what you want until Jilin gives you specific commands. Either way it is something to think about."

Takehitsu watched his opponents as they made their decisions. 'Useless huh, we'll see about that when I continue to end up in his face at each and every battle from here on out.' Takehitsu thought in a spitefull manner. He hadn't even begun to use his weapons and abilities yet. He had done many things in this battle granted he went to far to actually finish the fight. He hadn't thought too much as the Deralo forces wouldn't listen to him if he tried their loyalties where elsewhere.
"Why should I sign up for something I already have?" He asked as his double sword turned into small electrical pixels and dissipated like some sort of magic. Anyone with magic would be able to tell it was not magical.
Takehitsu wasn't even going to start on the fact that it would be difficult if not impossible for someone else to train him. He turned and began walking towards Deralo since he was allowed to leave.

"Syra? Where are you?"
Cecil walked in the direction of Syar's voice, hoping it would lead him to her.

Raine was somewhat impressed of Deralo's army taking down Zen's carrier. Even though Zen had lived, it made a big impact on the fight. Though, she didn't want to admit being impressed over such a pathetic army. She slowly walked down the battle field, paying no attention to the blizzard that was blowing by. She could hear the sounds of voices calling out to one another. But she was done here now. She began walking towards the exit of the ridge when she saw a man laying unconscious on the ground. It was Kira. She simply walked by him at the start, but then turned around and picked him up. Even though she thought poorly of Deralo's army and the rest of the world, she wanted this man to be alright. He did help in the battle against Zen. She walked back up a cliff and placed him down in the snow. "Stay alive, boy." She said as she let him go and began to walk away.

"I have no clue where I am right now either," Cecil joked. "I could be dead for all I know."

"There you are!" He exclaimed. "Now, where are the others?"

Syra saw Cecil and smiled. "Cecil!" she said happily as she ran towards him and hugged him. "I dunno...I think Kira was behind me but the snow may have separated us..i think something happened to him." She looked at Cecil with a worried expression.

Keiro sighed with relief as the walking dead dropped and she could relax again. Though she was disappointed the bloodshed stopped, she knew that the battle was pretty much over. She turned back towards what she thought was a safe point, nose the the ground, and started sniffing to see if she might find anyone she knew, or anyone alive, for that matter. But the snow was throwing her sense of smell off. She looked up sadly, not seeing anything through the mess. " Hello?" she called out hopelessly." If anyone wants the company of a large, bloody dog, please speak now!" she howled with sarcasm, not expecting any replies to her slightly depressing offer.

Kira could hear many voices in the background. But the winds just took away the sounds before he could hear them clearly. He opened his eyes as he woke up more. He didn't remember much of falling off the cliff and was a bit confused. "...!" He opened his mouth, but no sound came out. He tried again. "A..anyone... there?" He said as he called out lightly, hoping someone would hear him. He feared everyone had left the battlefield.
