The fruity and flowery smell of Carolitas was what was there. Pale, onto, delved into his mouth with her tongue, running her hands up him.

Tsubasa, enthralled by Pale's boldness, moved his tongue into her mouth, exploring as he hugged her tightly to him.

She stopped, and sat on her heels for a secound, only a secound, of hesitation. She turned around and grabbed her blanket, pulled it over them, and continued.

Tsubasa began to kiss her more passionately, more heated, he kissed her forehead, her lips, her neck, her lips, her shoulders, her lips, her lips... The blanket covering them was fussing all over the place, rustling, Tsubasa hoped noone heard them, yet continued to kiss her, moaning into her neck.

All doubt left Tsubasa's mind and one thought stuck... He Loved Pale... It repeated throughout his mind all through the events of the night, and as he silently fell asleep with Pale in his arms.

After finally making it to her room, she grabbed some towels and her swim suit. She walked in the bathroom, lightly closing the door behind her, and took a short cold shower. Afterwards, she put her suit on, some small black trunks and a dark blue surf top, and grabbed the other towel she brought with her and headed for the roof top. Upon arriving, she took out a boat float, ready to sulk in the sun. Lathered up with sun block lotion, the strongest she could find, she slipped some sunglasses on and placed herself in the raft, swaying with the pool water, basking in the sun. Maybe today would be a relaxing day. (no work since most of the office staff is off on vacation for MLK Jr. day)

After she reached her thirty minute limit on the pool surface, she paddled her way back to the side of the pool. When she got out, she rinsed the lotion off, dried off, then went to get ready for work. Since her other shirt had a big reddish yellow mark on it, she had to find a different white shirt, yet all she had was a short sleeved shirt with no collar or buttons. "This will just have to do..." she grumbled to herself as she slipped the black, now skirt, on. She threw the bow tie out the window... like she was ganna wear it, yeah right! After slipping some fancy pumps on, tripping on her first step, she replaced them with her boots. If anyone would have seen her, she looked like some distorted person. The clothing was weird looking, but to her it was pretty cool. She left her shoes untied and grabbed her bag, then headed out towards the tavern, every step making a soft thud.

When she got up to her room, she closed the door, the lights still off. She walked over to her dresser and pulled out some pants and socks. After changing, she crawled into her bed, supposedly really tired.

::Eventually, he would reach the girls dorms and open the door. Walking to Rayne's room, he would knock on it gently: "Rayne? Is everything ok? You left the tavern in quite a hurry" :he said softly as he peeked his head in and saw her lying in bed:: "Ah...your tired. I suppose I'll come back another time then" ::he said, somewhat dissapointed that they couldn't take their walk to the beach:

"So quick to assume..." she muttered leaning up. When she looked out of the corner of her eye to see if he was there, she saw nothing. She fell back onto the bed and let out a long sigh, starting to fill with some sorrow.

:hearing her voice, he popped out from behind the door and walked inside the room. Sitting next to her while she lay on the bed, he would look down and then frown, saying:: "Did you leave because of reaper and me? Let me just tell you now...nothing is going on between us..."

"Oh I left... because..." she bit her bottom lip realizing that the two were talking about eachother. She looked down at her hands, which were face up, red from her pinching the skin too much.

::He would await her answer, but her silence said it all:: "Hmm...don't worry about telling me. Your reasons are your own" ::Arising from the bed, he would sigh and say:: "Do you still want to take that walk to the beach? We could probably just make it by sunset if we left now"

Not really sure what to do, she slipped her boots back on and followed him, still silent. 'What should I say to him?' she thought still twiddling with her fingers.
