GRRR!! of all the bleeping weeks to sprain my bleeping ankle! now i can't follow throught with the bleeping workout plan i spent all last week convincing myself to do. bleepity bleep~! scream

I know half a pound isn't really a big deal but...
I've been following my regular regimen! And look what happens! I gain half a pound! If I had starting to plateu, I would've changed my regimen a little bit! It just had to go gain back! It's so hard for me to lose even a pound!
GRRRRAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!

I've gained the 10 lbs back that I lost. I blame it on final exams and final projects and not having time to fix dinner.
I don't know how to get back on track. I want to die. crying

How to get back on track? Don't blame the exams, the parents, the time, the holidays, the birthday party, the siblings, the kids, the fact that it was Thursday and the moon was full. In fact, don't play the Blame Game at all. What it comes down to is this: You made choices. You chose whether to spend time preparing a salad or exercising, or whether instead to watch TV for half an hour or hang out with friends or (ahem) log onto Gaia. You chose what you were doing at every given moment, and your body is wearing the results of the choices.
It sounds like I'm saying "You're a lazy person," but I'm not. I'm really saying, "You're a powerful person." You are so powerful that you were able to do a thing and then see the result that you expected. Which is cool, because it means that if you make the OTHER choice today, this week, this month, you'll see the OTHER result. You're in charge of your weight. You're powerful and strong, and if you make healthier choices, you will absolutely see your body get healthier.

I ate two low fat fudge bars but still....They are still fudge with calories.
Sometimes I wish nothing had calories and I could never get full lol

I was getting a ride home from my friend, and we stopped at an ice cream shop. And before I knew it...I had an ice cream. D: Not even a frozen yogurt; a big huge chocolate ice cream. ...well, it wasn't really big. It was a small. But it felt huge.
