Lily opened the door and was assaulted by a bright, blinding light. When her eyes finally adjusted, she found herself in a huge room that looked like a theatre. "Where are we?"
"This is my bedroom..." Eliza replied with a smile.
This room was far to large to fit inside the house, perhaps it was just an illusion. It was decorated in dark red and blacks like a gothic theater with a few rows of seats and a stage with heavy velvet curtains on both side and music that sounded like it belonged in a circus.
"Welcome one and all..." Eliza bowed to Lily and Nicholas. She wore a top hat now which she tipped to them. "I designed the set myself. What do you think?"

Nicholas held gently to Lily's hand. When she opened the door, the atmosphere changed strangely in comparison to the hallway. The echo of voices and just the feel of it clearly explained that the room was awkwardly large. He wondered what it really looked like but he didn't want to lie as he didn't know what it looked like so he figured he would stay quiet. He carefully made his way out of the doorway and into the theatre room so he wasn't in the way, but constantly kept his hand in Lily's.

Eliza's eyes narrowed when she got no response from either of them. "I said... what do you think? I worked very hard on it... I want to know what you think."
"It's... nice?" Lily lied. Really, the mish-mash of colours was giving her a headache. Eliza stared at Lily, noting the hesitation in her voice and the confusion on her face. "You have no appreciation for my style... What about you, boy?" Eliza turned to Nicholas whom she'd never spoken to before now; wondering how long he'd even been in this house.

Nicholas turned and lifted his head, he made sure that he wasn't looking towards the sound but, hopefully, towards the room. He held his right hand under his chin as if in thought and as if judging the room. He cleared his throat before speaking, and said "It's really rather unique. Did you design it?" He tried to sound interested and not down or lost and sad.

Eliza crawled up close to Nicholas, close enough the she could feel his breath on her face. Strange enough, he would not feel her breath. "Yes... I did design it, thank you..." She eyed him suspisciously. Something wasn't right with him.

(( Lol ;P I'm amused. And that depends~ I suppose the main question is why, which you have to give a good enough reason to. ))
Nicholas backed up slightly as Eliza came so close. He shut his mouth and breathed through his nose nervously. He turned his gaze away to the right, whether the wall or something else he wasn't sure. "It's rather interesting. So what will the play be about?" He spoke quickly, using the question as a way of getting out of subject. He figured she should be getting ready if she was to participate, maybe she had a cast though?

[I wanted to make him unblind before the play started because there wont be another chance to until the play is over, in which case his vision wont be as important... nvm.]
Eliza lurched away. "I've done a lot of thinking while you've been guests in my house... Yes... The play is a story of forbidden romance... adventure... and of course, tragedy... And I've selected you to as the main characters. Please step onto the stage..."
Lily was hesitant, but she found her legs moving without her permission to the stage. "Ah! What's going on?!"

Annabel squeals happily. She'd get to be in the play?! OhmyGOSH, this was amazing! Simply amazing! The hyper girl skips onto the stage, brightly smiling and spinning around when she got up there. Oh goodiegoodiegoodie! Acting! Drama! Romance! How adooorable. Just as she thought. Annabel looks to Eliza for further instructions, rocking back on her heals, hands clasped behind her back as she sways.

Eliza lifted her hand into the air and everyone rose. Not by magic, but strings on their limbs and torso that had slipped on unnoticed. "Act one... In this scene... we join our two lovers in the forest... they barely get to meet eachother because their families don't get along..." Eliza glanced to the third person on stage (annabel). "You, dear... are the messanger. The princess here is your best friend and you are under service of the young man so you try your best to help them both..." She sat down in the front row with a grin on her face then her lips formed the words "Action!"
"Oh, Nicholas! It's been so long! I've missed you dearly!" Lily began to speak as if the words were not her own. She was being forced to speak like the character in the play. Quickly she covered her mouth with her hands and blushed. Can't believe I just said that!
