So the other side then ok I can deal with that. Finishing his spell Thantos plies Despator for aid in helping destroy this wretched creature. In turn a burst of flame next to thantos and a large devil steps out, Pit fiend by the way.
USes mirical to cast greater planner ally.

The pit fiend will hold his action untill told what to do by thantos.
Cohorts turn he immediatly posses another audience member and head down into the arena.
Thantos designates the target of his fury and then uses his own ability to summon 1d4 erinyes

Thantos moves down thirty feet to where his falchion had droped.
The pit fiend looks over And readies and action to cast power word stun if kirel charges for him.

No, I stopped being blinded at the START of this turn. I was blinded for the round that I retreated and then for the round that I cast expansion. I can see.

Alright...
Kirel winds in, gaining altitude to pass over top of the devils, his opponent, and the demon he had summoned. He bellowed a fierce cry of rage, accompanied by a blast of fire into the air.
I'll fly a little over 150 feet above you, using frightful presence.
DC 27 will save or become shaken for everyone not immune to fear.
EDIT: If that pit fiend becomes shaken he may very well refuse to negotiate and leave.
