Kirai strided over to Katherine and stood right in front of her, so that their eyes met."What if I told you that I did have super powers, and that I could make a mini tornado suddenly appear in this very room. would you believe me?" The boy's face showed no sign of mirth or joke this time. He continued on saying, "And if I did show you, would you promise not to tell any one of my secret?" He then took one step closer to Katherine, so that the psace between them was small. If she said yes, he would show her. Kirai was tired of having to hide his gift from everyone he knew. If he could show one person, it would make life so eaiser. He would be able to tell that person everything. A small sweat drop appeared on his forehead as he waited for her response.

(ok) Kirai smiled, pleased with this answer. Slowly he backed away from Katherine until he was a few feet away. "I suggest you hold on to something tightly. This will get windy." Kirai took a deep breath, clsed his eyes, then let his arms fall to his side. Let's make this one small Kirai. You don't want to make a mess. The boy took more shallow breaths, concentrating on making the twister as small as possible. Kirai then raised his slender hands until they were perpendicular with the floor, the hands twitching every few seconds. The power slowly moved from his heart, coursing through his chest, past his arms and hands in to the fingertips. all of a sudden, the tempature dropped in the room. hen a silent noise began as something took place in front of the girl. The noise then grew into small rumble, as if a stampede of horses was happening. As the sweat poured down Kirai's twisted up face, he will the his power to form into a small tornado. After three seconds, Kirai collapsed on the floor, and the tornado dissapeared. On the floor, Kirai breathed heavily, his face and shirt drenched. "Sorry," He weezed. "My self control in not up to snuff. It's hard to make such a small thing with so much force." Kirai smiled weakly at Katherine, glad that he could finish the tornado without tearing the house apart.

"Yea, just a bit exhausted." Kirai stood up, wiping his fore head with the sleeve of his shirt. After a few more deep breaths, he spoke again. "As you just saw, those rumors are no joke." Kirai smiled at Katherine again, this tiny a bit wider than before so that his dimples showed. "There are more people out there too. I think there was a bunch of us." The boy took his hands and ran them through his hair, recently blown into a mess by his small tornado.

"Yeah, I know." Katherine said, grabbing a flower pot off of her table. "Watch this." She place her hand over the soil, and a flower grew. "I knew they were no joke..." she told him.

"Time control?" plauge went to take a step but pused in mid strid, the tendrails grew and grabed hold og the bank wall the pulled him through, he finished his step stoping just inside the entrance. "...reminds me of a video game I played when I was a kid..oh what was it's name again...oh well doesn't matter anyway does it" Plauge said shrugging.

Rewind glared at Plauge,"Wait!I remember you!You were the one that killed my mother and sister when you broke out!" he said,"I swore when they were buried that I would stop you." he couldn't forget the eyes,he never would.

Katherine shook her head. "I'm sorry I haven't..." she said. "You're the first one I've met."

Kirai smiled weakly, hardly hiding his disapointment. "That's to bad. I want to meet others like us." Kirai then received a thought so great, that he let out a blast of artic air from his hands, spraying past his new friend. Kirai rushed over to make suere she was ok. "I'm so sorry. That happens sometimes when I get excited. I was just wondering, would you like to help me track down the other people like us? It would be fun. I certainly have the time. My school won't be on built for a few months."
