Actually we have one in the planning stages right now. It's been stalled due to a number of things, but with the guild up and running expect to see one soon. We have been working on an Avengers rp and of course the big one featuring both JLA and Avengers being administered by Wally.

Originally it was going to be run by Flint Marko (Aka: Steel) jointly with Tony Stark, but that fell through. I'm thinking Flint will still run with it. If not, I'll give it a go myself. I'll talk to him tomorrow to find out for sure.
