Masato wakes up when he hears the noises. He hasn't slept good since entering that glass tube with the orange stuff in it. He gets up and gets dressed. Grabbing his katana sword and straping it on he makes his way down the hall and pokes his head into the room where Ky is sleeping. Seeing ky sleeping with the lady in the bed makes Masato smile. Hopefully Ky will get some and it will put him in a better mood. Masato was just waiting for the butt chewing he is going to get from Ky on being late for the training.

Masato makes his way downstairs and grabs a seat on one of the sofa's. It was early and the wait staff were probley still sleeping. Masato closes his eyes for a few and passes out ...

Masato opened one eye and watched as Nirro walked outside. Truth is Masato was awake but played like he was sleeping. He wasn't ready to talk about the tube experience with anyone.

Masato gets up and heads for the kitchen. Right now all he needs is coffee and something to eat. Looking around for the kitchen he runs into one of the wait staff who tells him that she will bring coffee and the food to him. Masato thanks her and heads back to the sofa and plops back down to relax.

A few hours have passed and Ky awoke from his slumber, just realizing that he had slept in the room he put Chiu in. Sighing, Ky tried to stand up, but just noticed that Chiu had cuddled up to his long, silver hair. "Stupid b***h," Ky cursed, reaching out to Chiu's hand and loosened her grasp from his hair. When he did, however, Ky felt that Chiu's hand was hotter than his. Surprised, Ky then put a hand to her forehead and felt that it was warm. Her face was also slightly flushed, but not out of embarrassment. It was clear to Ky now that Chiu had a fever.

Seeing that the covers were off her, leaving her body exposed to the cold night air, it wasn't surprising that she would develop a fever. Gently, Ky returned the covers over her body and went out of the room to get some medicine and a cold compress for her. Looking at his watch, Ky also noticed that it was probably time to continue the training since the others were probably awake by now, but he also couldn't leave Chiu by herself. Just then, Ky thought of a great idea to buy him some time to attend to Chiu for a while he kept the others busy. Not only that, it would also pepare their bodies and minds, warming them up for the Marking process that was about to take place later.

"Attention all Ravens!" Ky shouted as he descended the stairs to meet the three eager young Bounts. He looked around and saw that they were still missing Serenity, but in her place stood Masato. "Okay, listen up! Today is the day where you'll receive your Marks and become full-fledged Ravens. However, in order to prepare you for that, we need to warm up your bodies just like you would do before training. Now, I want you all to jog around Karakura and return back to the mansion after you have done so ((post five times in Karakura Town then return here)). When you do, we can start the Marking. So, what are you waiting for? Move, move, move!" he shouted then immediately went to the medical cabinet in the kitchen.

Returning to Chiu's room, Ky pulled up a chair and sat on it. He had noticed that Chiu was beginning to sweat a lot and decided that leaving her in her wet clothes would only worsen her illness. Taking off the covers, Ky unbuttoned her clothes and tossed them to a nearby laundry bin, leaving Chiu in her undergarments. Since Ky didn't exactly have clothes for girls, she would just have to lie there wearing that.

Covering her up, Ky put the cold compress on her head and sat there, watching over her with a somewhat worried expression on his face. "Even when she's asleep, she's more trouble than she's worth, stupid Chiu," he said to himself, just realizing that he was tiring himself out just because of her.

Nirro smiled. "Alright I'm gone Yori," Nirro said as he ran of to Karakura Town.

Ky just sat there on his chair, contemplating on his acts of kindness towards Chiu. He was acting like he was a totally different person and was dangerously getting close to being perceived as someone "nice", a bad thing when you're considered as the leader of one of the world's most feared and revered organizations, the Ravens. It was strange for Ky to act like that towards Chiu. His feeling of lust gradually grew weaker until it completely disappeared and his desire to have his way with Chiu slowly shifted to concern. For the first time in a long while, Ky was actually worried about someone else other than himself or Xeion.

With a worried look, Ky placed his hand on her neck once more to check her temperature. He smiled when he felt that Chiu's temperature had gone down significantly and was slowly becoming more and more stable. All Chiu needed now was a bit of rest and good food before she gets back to her normal strength again.

Looking at his watch, Ky sighed and glanced out by the window. "They should be getting back to the mansion right about now," he muttered to himself although he was more worried about Chiu than anything else right now.

Being one not to let himself get caught up in the moment which would make anyone stutter and act like a bunch of idiots, Ky simply explained himself in a calm manner towards Chiu so as not to tempt her into doing anything brash which would lead to both himself and herself getting hurt in the process. Ky sighed. "Not to worry, I removed your clothes so that your condition wouldn't worsen while you were asleep. You caught a fever, but luckily, it's gone now," said Ky, taking his arm away from the bed and put it into his pocket. Turning his back towards Chiu, Ky went in front of the window sill and checked his time. "I suggest you stay here for a day or two so that we can monitor your fever. It might come back worse than before if you were to go back to the Sereitei as is. Besides, your clothes are sopping wet from the sweat you made when you were sick. However, if you wish to ignore my suggestions and leave post-haste, I shall set up a gate for you shortly."
