Kane had said that he would distract Rokugi, so yeah, he would have to deliver. He briefly considered some of his more... intense distractions but decided against them, partially because Rokugi was only a kid and partially because he was here to make friends, not lovers. Yeah, that came out wrong. Instead, he settled for conversation. Kane had seen some wrestling matches in the mainland where the two competitors ego-talked each other. It had been terribly boring, mostly because Kane had never been a great fan of wrestling, and also because in doing so the match got stilted and stalled. The wrestlers spent so much time talking that they didn't get much fighting done. It did wreck their focus, though. Kane decided to try to wreck Rokugi's, just a little.
"So Rokugi-san..." he said. "You're new to Shima, right? Where are you from?" Well, if he could find out a little bit about his partner, what was the harm in that? He decided to extend the same courtesy to Rokugi that had been done likewise, and waited until he finished answering before kicking. That didn't stop Kane from faking, though, and he sent the ball to the left this time, after faking right.

It was far more obvious now. The boy was trying to get something from the older one. 'Teach' must have been some word for acquiring information from another person. So there must be something the older one knew that Shisei wanted. Thinking back, Xyn would never do such a thing without offering something in return. Munin had the feeling this Shisei had no intention of returning such a favor. Now, what did all this have to do with the snake-child's interest in Maya? It was possible Shisei's interest in Sukotto was the same as his interest in Maya, so maybe there was something he wanted Maya to 'teach' him. What now? The small group had started training together, and getting any closer was too dangerous. He didn't feel he had enough information to go back to Xyn, but trying to listen to the three of them was as boring as it was confusing. Without any concern for being caught, Munin reared his head over the rock, stretching what muscles he could as he stood, then took two steps before flying off.

After Senritsu managed to tag him for the last time, Sukotto allowed a large grin to sweep across his face. He was happy for the two of them. She had successfully comprehended his instructions and had picked up a lot of the training quite easily. While chakra had been somewhat of an issue for the female Uchiha, she had stuck to it and managed to overcome the wall that had been placed before her. In addition, this had been the first time that Sukotto had taught a technique to anyone by himself. It made him feel a lot more confident about eventually leading a squad, since the learning of a technique took a lot of discipline and precise directions. "Very well done, Senritsu. You have successfully learned your first ninjutsu technique very quickly. How about you finish up your endurance training and then we'll get to that special training that I've been talking about?" After speaking to Senritsu, Sukotto made his way over to the Orochi boy. "I wasn't sure if you had been taught the seals or not and wanted to see if you could figure them out on your own." He then began to form the seals for the boy, wondering if he would catch on as quickly as Senritsu had. "Now you try."

Senritsu nodded to Sukotto with her little smile still evident on her lips. Saluting to the male childishly, she waited for a bit and watched to see where the strange boy seemed to be. So the two boys had met previously before. Didn't seem like it was a rather good meeting the way he refered to Sukotto in such a way. Sitting on the floor, she curled her legs up to her chest and wrapped her arms around them to enjoy the show. She could have just started on the endurance training she needed to finish, but that could wait a few seconds while she watched. So, he was an Ochi, no, that wasn't right. What was the name they refered to him as? Oshishi? Onichi? Oro...that seemed right. At least for the first few letters. Orochi? Yeah, that was it! Orochi. But that wasn't the kid's first name. Mentally shrugging it away, she figured she'd overhear his name sooner or later and really had no real reason to ask his name for herself. Other than the fact he was a strange looking child with a mind much like her's, and not to mention an attitude like her's, she had no use for him other than information.
The Orochi had attacked not long before, and as far as she'd heard there were none living on the island. Senritsu never thought she'd be seeing another one again on the island. The Uchiha leaned her chin on her knees as she continued to watch Sukotto begin to help the boy. So he was interested in learning the same technique. Interesting. It would be fun to see how much easier, or harder, the technique would be for him to learn. More than likely the first seeing as he seemed to be the type to actually go to class and do his work, unlike the lazy Uchiha she was. Senritsu's face was cleared, like a stone slate ready to be engraved as she watched the two. Sukotto seemed to be able to move around a lot better than before, so he must be starting to feel more up to speed. Though, for now, that wasn't very interesting. So now she new a Jutsu. Her first one. Didn't really excite her as much as it would normal kids, she guessed. Whoopdy-freakin'-do a Jutsu, there will be plenty more to come. At least with this Jutsu she can escape a lot easier when stealing food or clothes!
Becoming slightly bored with the scene before her, she decided to take a little bit of a peek around her. She'd seen a cute little bird around before, but it seemed to have left by now. It's feathers were a lot shinier and clean kept, not to mention more willing to come towards people than wild birds, so it must have been a pet of somesort. At least slightly domesticated, or it wouldn't have come so close to the mouthing off kids or Jutsu learning. The Karite kid was gone by now, and so was that wild girl from before. There was still a few kids playing ball not too far off. Seemed like they were in conversation. Sighing, there didn't seem to be anything else to entertain herself with, so she might as well just start her endurance thing. Getting on her back, she wondered what other things she could do. There was always those push up things, or maybe some handstands. That would be fun. Senritsu always wondered how long she could hold a handstand without becoming dizzy. She'd start with the first though, push ups would be a good deal to do. Getting herself ready, she lowered herself to the ground, and returnd to her original position.

After instructing the Orochi about the basics of the Body Replacement technique, the Uchiha continued to move around and stretch on his own. Since Senritsu didn't have to chase him around anymore, he would have to finish getting his body back up to speed on his own. He was happy to see that she began her endurance training once again without protest. Training one's stamina was something that the most intelligent shinobi often overlooked. While being quick and adept at many skills was a very important aspect of being a shinobi, having the ability to take a hit or two before getting knocked out or killed was also very important. During his fight against Maya and Baki, Sukotto had been a direct example of this. If he had been only a little less hardy, then the pair could have taken him out in one hit. His Sharingan was a very powerful tool to use when avoiding attacks, but it wasn't always good enough and wasn't something to be used lightly, as he had realized that day. Since he had been able to survive the battering ram that had been Maya and Baki's coordinated assault, Sukotto was able to deliver a second strike to the lion, successfully taking him out of the equation of the fight and significantly reducing Maya's strength and judgment. If he hadn't used the Sharingan, he probably wouldn't have been able to dodge her tekagi swings or even her individual attacks, so it was hard to say if he would have been able to win the fight. However, the battle still proved to him that being able to withstand an unavoidable attack was a weapon that rivaled the importance of his kekkai genkai, and so he wanted Senritsu to develop it at an earlier age than he had.

“To see if I can figure them out on my own? Then that is what I shall do. Because unlike the rest of the students I can.” Shisei stated as he turned away from Sukotto’s demonstration. The serpent youth had the seen the seals in his lifetime, but to bring it forth from the ancient scriptures of his mind would be a great feat. The boy grinned inside while his outward expression remained detached. Solitude was his strength. It was back then and it still would be now. Sure it made things harder, but the strongest weren’t fed on weak food. The strong were the ones that went against the waves of adversity, letting break against their skin and fall to the wayside. The snake was in anticipation of just how deep he could delve into his memory for obscure information. There were many things he recorded to his mind on a daily basis. Over 80% of it he found trivial, but in that large cranium it remained stored like a useless treasure. Now would be the time to put some use to that treasure.

Pride is a good thing, but can also be a bad trait. For Orochi Shisei it has proven to be both. If he had decided to watch Sukotto’s demonstration the attempt would be much easier. Instead the snake decided to search the crevices of his mind to find the answer. The Ram seal was already known so the Orochi youth continued on to the next in his mind. “The Boar… when could I have seen it?” his mind continued to trace back in time to a place where he saw it visible. The serpent youth had remembered a time during his year travel. During the early parts of the pilgrimage, Shisei had stopped at a garden headed by a family. The family would sell the flowers of the large garden to gain profit, but at the time they were short handed. The boy offered his services during the time on the land. This went on for a few days until a man came to the garden. The child was not sure who that person was, but he had a herd of hogs with him. The pig man and head of the garden family had a dispute, but nothing too serious. During the dispute the pig man kept using a specific sign and kept on saying ‘These boars are special! Why would a ninja use a sign called a boar sign? They even made it a constellation!’. Now just what did that sign look like?

Next was the Ox seal. That one was not too bad to remember. Simply because it was a joke made by his old classmates back in the day. The class of young children had a teacher known as Big Ushi. This person was a butch woman with shoulders that could match oxen. Because of her rhino like frame Dai decided to make a joke of calling her the Ox. The boy had went even far as to find the seal of the ox. Soon all the kids were doing it as a practical joke to harass Ushi. Shisei never partook in the agitation of the teacher, but he was sure that Dai had gotten the right. Even though the bully was a loser in all aspects of life, for once he did prove useful to the Orochi youth. The Dog seal had come from school also, but it was by mistake. All the kids were playing a game in which they held hands and fell down. Some type of old game. Of course Shisei did not participate in the class activity. Shiu did and by the time the afternoon bell was rung to single to return to classes the young Orochi girl had returned to her brother’s side. “Look what we were doing big brother! We would take our hands and do this to the person who needed to run.” the sibling stated in his mind. She folded his palm into a fist and placed hers above his. “See. That way you’ll be able to escape.” the younger sibling continued in his mind. Shisei had forgotten about the game, but at least he remembered the seal. That was most important. The final sign, Mi the serpent, was easy to remember. Mother would frequently use that seal for different things. That and the Tatsu seal seemed to have been her most used. The snake child couldn’t believe he had forgotten those two. Luckily the desire to succeed on his own unlocked his chained memories although some secrets still remained dormant behind another door…. For now though his task was only half complete. Now he had to get his ten digits to perform each of the seals.

The pair of trainees that Sukotto had taken under his wing for the time being seemed to take an initial dislike for each other. From what he had experienced, each of them seemed to be much more introverted than most of the other students, who blabbered what was on their mind much more than anyone wanted to hear. The assumption that the pair were each deep thinkers led the male Uchiha to question why they had clashed for no particular reason that he had witnessed. There was of course a possibility that the two had met on a prior occasion, similar to what the Orochi and Sukotto had experienced, and their initial contact situation fueled the negativity towards each other. In addition, there was a chance that the two had experienced something to make them angry with each other while he had been sparring with Maya and Baki. Since the battle had caused him to become completely entranced, he definitely wouldn't have noticed the two speaking during it. In fact, he didn't even realize that Senritsu was in the area until Maya glared at her for speaking of Baki in a way that the short tempered Tategami took offense of. Since he didn't have very much evidence on hand, Sukotto decided that he would examine each of the students in question. He wondered if their training would tell him something about their personalities that would be useful in finding common ground between the two. The Uchiha figured that if he could ever get two stubborn intellectuals to work together in a productive way, he would be able to get just about any group of shinobi to work together, a talent that would bring him closer to his goal of forming a successful squad.
Sensing the Similarities Since Senritsu and Shisei had such a volitile confrontation, Sukotto has decided to pay close attention to their training habits to see if he can sense anything in common between the pair. DC: 10+24(Sense-Sharingan)= 34 1d20+24(Sense-Sharingan) Train: 1/6

Rokugi had failed to get the goal in but he felt migthy proud that the other boy had complimented him on his way of distraction. He had been scared at first because of all the talk Hamma had done about great figthers, going against killers and such but now he felt great. He had seen with his own eyes the intesity and skill of the kids training here, being still young and already such great figthers, but he could see also that they where nice people. " Oh ...well i dont have a specific place. My family live in a merchant caravan travelling . I was born on Earth country i was told, but ive only been to the borders of it since then.". Not barely had he spoken when the ball was sent right at him. He was about to throw himself to the right when he noticed the kick was elsewhere. Without properly stopping Rokugi jumped in the other direction in wich his body was moving. His long sleeves waved in the air as he streched his hands covered under them, his eyes closed, hoping that atleas his fingertips could make it.
Rokugi's sleeves slipped oer the ball and his hands could not grab it properly to hold it before it passed onto the net. Getting up from the floor He shaked his long sleeves off of dirt and looked back onto the net to see the ball rolling a bit inside and come to a stop after having hit the net. He took his right hand and placed it behind his head, still his sleeves covered his hand, like scratching it and smiled at Kane with eyes closed." Almost had it" It was his turn now to work up the conversation guess his first random tactic had worked on both ends.

His mind had formulated when each of the seals was and the basis of what they looked like. Now his brain had to take the next step and closely examine each of the hand signs so that they could be replicated with his fingers. If one ligament was out of place then the technique would not work. So they had to be perfect. The first one his mind began to examine was the Boar, I. The sign was not too complicated. One would push both hands together and rotate their wrists so that their fingers pointed downwards. The user would then curl the fingers on each hand upwards back into their palm allowing them to mash against one another. The final part was to make sure both hands were even and symmetrical to one another. One could tell the placement of the palms by the thumbs. Once those two digits lined up the other parts should be symmetrical. Shisei felt that the hand seal fit that of the boar animal. It had certain bulkiness and simplicity to the making of it. The boar probably had to deal with many physical offensive jutsus.

The other brute of the seals would be the Ox, Ushi. While one would probably some type of fist palm sign also Ushi was slightly different. The seal had a fluid look in Shisei’s mind. The finger interlocked with a perpendicular fashion. This led to one hand with ligaments rising to the sky and the other pointing to the east or west (depending on the user’s direction). The hand parallel to the ground kept the fingers straight while the other hand would allow the middle and ring finger to close down on the other hand. The two thumbs also cross. For the sign of a broad beast, it seemed somewhat wimpy when compared to Ushi. Not like the Boar, which seemed to be a perfect match of animal and sign. Yet maybe the ox had a different nature than the snake youth perceived. Perhaps a more slick and crafty nature rather than blunt and brute force. Shisei did not know anything about astrology other than it was one of the twelve animals so he could not deduce any further on the animal. His mind did wonder what type of combinations could be made between the Ox and Boar.

Senritsu groaned as she readied herself for her push ups. Lowering her body towards the ground, she stayed there for a while. There was really nothing to do or think of when doing endurance training and it would be a complete drag. Moving her hands up so she could lay her chin on them, she lifted her legs in the air a crossed them in a rather feminine looking way of relaxing. Moving her green eyes over to the only action that seemed to be taking place, she watched as Sukotto and Shisei resumed learning the technique she just had. Seemed he had a little bit more of a problem with the first stage than she did. The girl's eye brow raised as she noticed the way Shisei spoke to Sukotto about 'being the one to do it' or something like that. This was annoying, especially the way he thought he could go and do it on his own without help. Even Senritsu knew when help was needed. She would have offered some herself but his little attitude problem he had with her before made her believe he'd probably just push it to the side anyways. Sighing she turned her head away and ignored him, focusing on Sukotto and the other two that were still playing ball.

Senritsu yawned, closing her eyes. It seemed like this would take forever if she didn't hurry up and do something other than laying down. But she was far too busy, not to mention lazy, to even try at the moment. Her legs rested, still crossed, on the ground, as she nuzzled her face tight within her own little cacoon she'd made on her arms. At least that way the sun wouldn't hit her face, and the breath she released would warm her cheeks even further than they were. Completely bored, she sighed and started to think of what that special training Sukotto was talking of earlier was. Senritsu could just squeel like a girl in the excitement of it, but wouldn't, it wouldn't be smart to do around so many people. That would just be extremely strange, and the way she was, she was weird enough as it was. Though perhaps not as visibly out of the norm as the Orochi child. Then, she felt a rumble from deep within herself. A bubbling rumble that made her realize she was still hungry. Groaning, once more, she rolled over and reached her arms out over her head. She should probably start doing her stuff now.

[4 2's in a row... Let's bring 20's back in style.]
Inu, the dog seal was simple. It was a palm over a closed fist. Just like the game the other students had played when they were much younger. One that Shiu liked a lot. Shisei was also trying to make the connection of why such an easy seal would be called dog. Perhaps it is easy like the loyalty of a well kept dog? Or maybe it was the act of placing a hand over the fist. The palm being man and the fist being the animal. The youth found it slightly surprising, but he had liked this hand seal. The next and final one was snake, Mi. Shisei had also liked this seal also. It wasn’t surprising. With as much affinity has clan had for the creatures it would probably be more surprising if he did not. Like Inu, Mi was simple. The user just needed to cup their hands together. The hardest one out of the four was the deceiving ox, but even that would soon be simple to the serpent youth.
With all hand seals mastered into his head it was time to put them into practice. His hands began with the ram, then the boar slowly and then moved to the ox. This one was the slowest for him to form. Next was the dog and quickly behind the snake. The first try was slow it took the boy about ten seconds, but the seals were perfect and the Orochi born did not falter. His second try was quicker decreasing his time. His third try was the quickest. “Hitsuji, I, Ushi, Inu, Mi. Ushi, Inu, Hitsuji, I, Mi. Mi, Inu, Ushi, I, Hitsuji. Inu…” in his mind the boy rapidly fired off different combinations of the five seals at succession. His fingers kept up with his mind making each combination without a hint of tiring. He had decreased his time by half at this point.
“Rude-sempai. I’m done. Let’s continue.” the child stated boldly, proud he did not need any help with the seals. His gold eyes came across the girl who had some relation to Sukotto. The amber orbs stared at her for a minute. His eyes did not give away any emotion and once the minute was up the youth turned away to see what everyone else was doing. His eyes quickly came across the tanned farm girl on the ground struggling to release the bind she was in. “She hasn’t made any progress at all….” the Orochi youth thought to himself. Once again he began to wonder how someone like that could defeat him. Shaking his head in disgust, the small frame strode over to her horizontal form on the ground. If someone like this could beat him and couldn’t go any further with the jutsu it would be another scar to his pride. Until he crushed her that is…. For now the snake would have to make sure she at least got somewhere. Also this could prove to Maya that they could work together. Although Shisei was not planning to be nice about it.
“Hey slacker. You taking a nap like that other loser or do you just like sniffing at the ground like a some farm animal? Get back to learning the jutsu or else I’ll kick your face in while you're tied up.” the Orochi youth ordered, pressing the bottom of his sandal against the side of her face. He crossed his hands around his chest waiting to see her reaction. The main reason he was waiting was for the genin’s next order of training, but for now he could get some amusement from Orika.
