Usrah glided above the ground, keeping up with the others on their horses. He was in a standing position, rather than his usual sitting position, and his cape was flowing gracefully behind him. He had been silent for most of the journey, keeping this thoughts to himself. Ashe had flown off ahead of the group and had been gone for some time. He decided to go into full flight and look for her.
"I will only be gone for a moment."
He focused his mind and activated his power of Celerity. He rose into his sky and took off in full speed, becoming a black blur in the vastness of blue.
Usrah stopped suddenly when he spotted a wagon. There were two people near the scene, one who had identified as Ashe. He flew down and landed upon the ground easily. He approached her, making himself known.
"I trust you have been on alert for possible bandits. Whoever or whatever has done this may still be around."
He gracefully unsheathed his massive sword and activated his floating shield which hovered at his side. He looked about the area, hoping to hear or see some sign of life.

Ashe looked up at Usrah as he came towards her. "That may be, but I don't think its possible." She shook her head and stood up. Walking over to him, she whispered on the wind and sent the message to him. "The one who did this was no bandit. They would not have left their weapons in the bodies, expesually six. Nor are these weapons that bandits use, they are to expensive and would have been taken once the merchants where killed."

Usrah's eyes darted about the bodies. He saw the weapons and returned his gaze upon Ashe.
"Hmm... it must have been professionals. We've got ourselves a situation. I'm going to inspect the surroundings. As soon as that elf wakes up, be sure to question him."
He sheathed his sword and approached the dead bodies. He knelt before them each, looking for any sort of clues that would give a lead as to who or what had done such a thing.

Sorrow looked up as Usrah darted off into the sky, totally blowing her off without a response. She then looked down at the ground and her happy demeanor was gone. She reached for her lute but decided against it as the others were starting to leave. Ashe and Usrah were gone and now she didn’t really have anyone to talk to. She looked up as far as her neck could reach at Rok and started to talk again.
“Are Minotaur men just as mean and stubborn as Elders?”
She looked down again putting her hand up against her neck as she cringed slightly.
---
The Elvin man awoke, or rather yet pretended to wake up, and noticed his bounds were cut free. He looked up at the Elvin girl before him. He at first acted frightened slowly pulling himself backwards on his hands and motioning for her not to kill him.
“You’re not one of them are you? Stay back, I don’t want any trouble. You already took my jewel and you promised not to kill me. Please stay back!”
Shift pulled himself backwards further away from the girl and slowly stood up holding a small merchants dagger. He slowly pushed it forwards as if to stab anyone that got near him and then he dropped it and began running for cover in the forest.
“You won’t kill me, not before I reach the human capital. I must warn the king of you evil doers.”

Usrah heard the man and his claim. He knew he would not get very far. He raised his left hand into the air.
"Divine Embrace!"
Bands of light shot forth from his open hand, flinging themselves at the running elven man. They would attempt wrap about his body, binding his limbs with holy energy.
"You will cease, elf. I am a Paladin of House Iroziel. Our reputation of exaltedness and honor must have reached your ears at some point."
He would then approach the man, keeping his sword sheathed as a sign of peace, regardless if the spell connected or not.

Shift fell to the floor, his face hitting the soft dirt bellow him. He spat out a bit that had gotten into his mouth. He looked away and gave an evil grin and then quickly dismissed it and turn around laying on his back.
“Izroziel house, yes I’ve heard of it. I have a formal title as well. I’m Lord Contri Moyasu of Trisfall Manor. You’re an elder, am I correct? You are truly strong, I like that. Now that I think of it, none of the bandits were Elders. Let me free and we will talk this out. No need to spill blood here.”

Usrah glared at the elven man laying upon the ground.
"Do you think me a fool? We paladins are highly trained to destroy evil. We are even trained to detect it as easily as one can hear, see, or smell. I have sensed darkness within you. It may be minor, but that is a risk enough. I shall not release you, but you will speak."
He took a few steps forward, his visage a terrifying sight to behold. The black armor, especially the spiked mantle, made him look enormous in size and his piercing eyes made him more the frightening.
"Is that understood?"

Tyr braced herself for the fact she might end up touching someone and dasked forward, leaping lightly before swinging herself up onto a horse. Around her shoulders Ferghall closed his eyes completely, seemingly relaxed even with the thief bouncing around. At first glance he might look like a fur pelt the way he had himself laid out, but if you looked longer you would be able to clearly see the fact he was alive.
Ferghall raised his nose to the air and began sniffing. I like these people. The fox thought to himself, and Tyr nodded slightly in agreement. "Thank you," She said loudly, just for anyone who might be listening, though it was mostly for Lin. "I'm Tyr, by the way. Thank you for letting me come along." The thief said, more relaxed now that she had gotten the initial asking part out of the way.
The nervous little feeling in the center of Tyr's stomach twisted, anticipating something ahead that still remained unseen. She was glad she was with a large group now, not only because of the bandits ahead but because of that sick feeling. Sure, she knew she could mostly likely outrun anything, but it never hurt to be too careful. Because of the bad feeling Tyr had, Ferghall himself was on edge, and that was why he pretended to be asleep. He was on full alert with his nose, sniffing for danger.
