I realized why I haven't lost weight and what I was doing when I was losing weight. It's really simple. Like. It shouldn't be this simple. When I stay up late. I eat.
I'm not staying up anymore. It's like I'm able to be *so* good during the day but if I stay up past midnight it's all for naught.
Breakfast: Soyogurt and peaches Flax water
Lunch: Pasta Bhuddanesca? (Because I need to use it?) Two cookies
Dinner: A bagel w/ hummus BBQ tofu A cookie

Your weight is going down each month, you are doing great. I've heard that Hummus is very good for you. But I've never liked the kind I tried. What kind do you eat?

Thanks for the support Starluck and Chibi-chib, ^_^ I am proud, I've almost lost thirty pounds. And how many people can say that when you come out of a weight loss forum and check out real life?
I get hummus from an actual Mediterranean restaurant, other than that, it's easy peasy to make at home.
1 can chick peas rinsed and drained, 6ish cloves garlic, a few tablespoons olive oil, some lemon juice, cayenne, and tahini all food processed will get you some nice hummus. My processor is very tiny and not good so I get kind of chunky not so creamy hummus, but it's still nice.
Some people just don't like hummus, I am not one. : D Check and see if you've got a middle-eastern/Mediterranean restaurant in your town to taste some. OR go to Save on Foods and pick some up from their deli, 60 pepper is fantastic, but the ones at save on are soooo not a low calorie snack.

I think it's the worst thing ever when you weigh yourself in the evening one day and you weigh 203, and then you weigh yourself in the very morning next day and you weigh 205. I know it's not my weight, it's the salt my body is holding onto. But *still*!
Breakfast: Apple. Coffee. Water.
Lunch: Chili?
Dinner: Cherry tomato Pasta and edamame corn salad.
Exercise. Riding to friend's house. Riding home.
