The ooc section often times contains threads like "guess the song" or "post pictures" etc whereas general discussion is just as it sounds like a place to post about anything- in that thread. As for the star test it hasn't been decided yet

1. Yes, he is just busy with some stuff ((mostly school I think)) but he should be back soon.. and I will get more active as soon as I straighten out my life aswell.
2. RP battles.. I don't know...

Well,we do have an arena,and this is supposed to be a School where you learn how to fight ((though theres little of it..XD))

I know I know! A different thread for each of the rooms in the training hall, then we won't get confused when a new person gets into it. We can keep the regular training hall as like a meeting place or something.
