Neville!! He would win any single possible contest with Draco (unless it was a who is more evil etc)

Probably Tom Riddle (before he's Voldemort) because Draco is kind of stuck upish. Well, more than Tom, anyway.

I would have to say that Hermione's patronus would win because all Mrs. Norris does is see someone and run along to Filch, Hermione's patronus would do what ever she wants it to do!!
