Ugh Essays...and their pre-cursors... stare I have a video testing lab today >.< I'm freaking out, cause it is exactly what it reads like. AND my teacher will be in the room marking me on how much respect and empathy I show to a fake person!

dont show too much or you will probably be graded down i would say just try to find all that you can and have no sympathy for the "Person" because if you dont tell them whats wrong then they cant fix it
