David only shrugged a little. "That's probably because she saw you as her husband's plaything." He hugged her a bit tighter and kissed her on top of the head again.

David smiled and looked back at her, his eyes appearing different somehow, but it would be difficult for someone to deduce wha caused them to appear so.

David continued to smile as he said, "Whatever you want to do." David's voice was as musical and sweet as when he first recovered.
