Anwa kept her right hand near her lightsaber, just in case. Her left, however, slipped under the cape she wore. As she listened to the commander speak, she let the fingers of her left hand slowly change into claws which she dug into the palm of her hand to help her keep from ripping this jerk down to size.

She could tell that Asmaria was also having problems keeping her temper under control. 'Apparently I'm more like a Sith than I realized. ..... Great Force, what a terrifying thought!'

Her anger disappeared in an instant when Reimos began suggesting a deal with Todrias. 'Reimos, I hope you know what you're doing.'

"Very well. Just remember though. Not that I'm implying you are planing on it, but if you betray us, your superiors will be luck to find even a shred of you left, understand? Not to sound paranoid, but the Jedi have been betrayed by allies that claimed to like them, and you make no secret of your hatred."

Asmaria chuckled under her breath as Anwa threatened the commander. She was liking these Jedi more and more... well, at least two of them, and Reimos was better than some of the Jedi she'd met. She didn't like him too much, but she didn't exactly hate him either, and after seeing the way he'd dealt with the commander, she held a new respect for him.

Reimos noticed that they were getting off the subject, so he decided to end the conversation, "We really need to get going if we are to complete our mission. We'll stay in touch with you and the New Republic, until then.", Reimos said. He finished up and motioned towards the exit to the landing pad's main lobby area. And then started walking without waiting for anyone else. He felt proud of himself, since it was really his first time completing a successful negotiation with someone higher in the 'ranks'.

"I'll be awaiting a transmission," Todrias said. He growled quietly as Reimos turned and started to walk away without properly dismissing himself, but stopped when he made himself remember that the Jedi was not a soldier and therefore was not required to do so. He then nodded to the others of the group and turned to walk away.

Xeron sat in one spot on the ship meditating for a good day and a half. The peace and serenity was soothing to the big falleen. Something made him twitch, and he opened his eyes. Cautiously, he looked around the room, trying to find the source of his disturbence. When his eyes failed to detect anything, Xeron closed them once more and started to feel around with the force. His mind flew through the corridors of the ship, in and out of various rooms and compartments, and around his counterparts also on board the vessel. Satisfied with the search of the ship, he went on to feel about the outside hull of the ship. His eyes snapped open once more, he had felt it, not on the hull but from ahead of ship instead. It was very distant but very real all the same.
"Looks like I'm not going to have the relaxing vacation on Taanab that I was hoping for," Xeron chuckled quietly to himself.

Z headed back to the cockpit, and noticed that they were almost to Taanab... "Huh. Got there a little quicker that I thought. Well, time to drop out..." He said, and cut the hyperspace drive. The stars slowly reverted back to normal, and the planet was infront of them...

Monkuta snapped awake and fell out of his chair onto the floor. "Here already? How long was I out?!" Then he found that the answer was obvious, so he dismissed the thought and looked out the window at the approaching planet. "Looks nice," he said quietly, chuckling.

Xeron walked up to the front with the others. "Ah yes, Taanab is a nice planet when it comes down to it," he said when he got close.

With a final glare at the commander, Anwa turned with a snap, her cape billowing around her, to follow Reimos inside. This commander may be an arrogant jerk, but if he really could help him, then all the better, she supposed.

(GAH!!! Sorry I wasn't here yesterday, my connection was giving me trouble. It's all fixed now though... for the moment...))

Asmaria followed Reimos and Anwa silently, tapping Zet on the shoulder as she passed him, and smiling broadly. Perhaps the Jedi weren't all that bad, sure, there were some rotten ones, for instance, the one that had killed her teacher Axi in vengeance, (her hand gripped Axi's saber as she thought this, and a tear formed in her eye, and she allowed it to roll silently down her cheek.) but there were also Jedi like those around her, those like Reimos, whose minds were calm and clear, focused on only one thought, completing the mission and bringing a little bit more peace to the galaxy. Or those like Anwa, who didn't care what people thought of them, who only cared about getting things done. Or those like Zet, who stood up for people no matter what, even people who supposedly were traitors and scoundrels and backstabbers and so on. Asmaria's smile grew wider. She could tell she would like working with these Jedi.

Turning around to see the majority of the group moving with him, he entered the doorway to the lobby area and was immediately surrounded by guards. "Ok Jedi, hands where I can see them!", one of the guards said in a serious, yet calm tone.
"Excuse me officer, what is this about?", Reimos replied.
"By order of the Mantell Security Force, you are hereby placed under arrest for the cause of starting an interplanetary fight.", The security guard replied. This man apparently was the captain of the squad sent to detain them.
"Ummm, guys! We have some trouble here!", Reimos yelled to the rest of the group.

Asmaria growled as the security detail stopped Reimos. She walked past Anwa and stood in front of him. "Out of the way, scum, before I start to get mad." she said to the guards, moving her robe aside to reveal the hilt of her violet lightsaber. When the captain stood his ground, Asmaria drew her saber and activated it, the violet light illuminating her face. "You want these Jedi, do you? Well, I'm sorry to say that you'll have to go through one very pissed off Sith to get to them." she growled.

"That's not what I had in mind!", Reimos whispered to Asmaria. "Listen guys," He moved in front of Asmaria, pushing away her saber "It's all just a big mistake! We were merely in the wrong place at the wrong time! Just give us a chance, I promise that we won't get into any more trouble." The captain seemed to consider it for a moment,
"Ok. But if we catch you breaking the law again, we will be forced to take action. All right guys, let's get outta here", the captain said, motioning towards the exit. Reimos turned around to face Asmaria just as the guards left the room, "What the hell was that?", he exclaimed "Are you trying to get us on the galaxy's most wanted list?"
PostPosted: Sat Oct 27, 2007 11:39 am

Asmaria shrugged and put her lightsaber away, growling at Reimos. "Well, if that's the way you treat me when I stick my neck out for you, maybe I just won't do it anymore. Plus, you wouldn't have been put on the most wanted list, I would have. I'm the one who threatened them, and in case you've forgotten, I'm a Sith, I already have a long list of crimes I'm wanted for. In fact, if someone were to write them all down, the list would probably stretch all the way from here to Coruscant, so what's one more crime?" she asked. "I'm sorry if I'm not very good at diplomacy and all that crap, I do much better with 'aggressive negotiations.'" she finished, growling more. She gave the chain leading down from her collar a good tug and stopped growling, though she continued to scowl at Reimos.
