Jane stood up and streached. "I'm going to finish some buisness from last night. I'll pick up a dress on my way back." She walked to the door and turned to Dani. "You want to pick up yours on the way?"

Luke sighed and said, "Fine, fine I wont ask. But I expect you to tell me on the boat or something." Why did his brother have to be so damned elusive? All Luke wanted was a little info on his life, to catch up and know what each other had been doing over the past couple of years, why did he have to find that so difficult?
"How long do-" he broke off when a coughing fit took him and he stood, leaving the bathroom and going back into the bedroom. Leaning on the window sil he waited for the coughing to pass and was left breathing heavily with a metallic taste at the back of his throat.
Rhynll climed down his arm to stand on the sil and Luke absently scratched him between the ears. "It's getting worse," he said softly to him.
"You should let Walter take you to a doctor. He obviously has the money, it wont be like last time," Rhynll said.
Luke merely shook his head; he would rather fight this alone than involve doctors in it. Not after the last time he had gone to them for help. It was getting worse though. He had had a cough when Walter had still lived with them, though it was just a cough then, not a means to cough up anything. Since then though, and especially after his mother's death it had progressively gotten worse. He coughed a little blood nearly every day now, though nothing like yesterday normally. That was just a very bad day. He just wished it would disappear, at least while he was around other people; he hated others seeing it, and seeing him like that. Especially Walter. He didn't want his brother to worry about him but he didn't know how he was going to stop that.

((UPDATE: I've marked Aqua as Inactive since more than a month since she stopped posting and she hasn't let me know why or responded (despite having read and coming online every day) to my pm asking about it. Thus we can continue the roleplay and just pretend that she's not there, or that she is but she's not doing anything, like a doll razz I hate having to do this but if people don't at least let me know something's come up or they're too busy with school, work, love, life, whatever then I'm just going to have to assume that lost interest is the reason. I don't want a life story (well if you need someone to talk to I'm there but that's not required) just a brief statement saying, hey something's come up, can you put the rp on hold for me))

"Um...sure." Dani trotted behind James, Arba on her heels. "It isn't very far to my house, I just need to slip in and grab the dress." Then get out before her dad caught her. But Dani wasn't gonig to add that last bit. They didn't need to know that. She shot Luke a glance as he returned to the bedroom, coughing once more. When the fit had ceased, she wondered if she should ask him if he wanted to come. A second thought registered that it might be awkward for a teenaged boy to tag along with two girls while they got dresses, and Dani kept her mouth shut. If he wanted to come, she wasn't gonig to stop him. But she wouldn't be the one to put the option out there for him.

((just a note, I just spoke to Elesariin and she said she's busy with school at the moment and to continue without her, if it's anything important she trusted me to take control of Walter. So we can still keep playing. I may open the rp up again to allow one or two other people in since it's going so slowly, what do you guys think?))

((lol just cause I started it it's not my roleplay, it's ours since we're all in it playing it how we want to play it. For all I care even if we don't follow the set out story line it's still a favourite roleplay XP))

"Right." Dani nodded, turning off a side street, cutting across towards her block. That would make things easier. Not having to explain why she was sneaking in and out of her own home. She looked down at Arba, "Think we're doing the right thing?"
The wolf cocked his head, amber eyes gazing up at Dani. "I don't think we really have a choice. What else are we going to do, wait around her for your father to ship us off? Not likely."
She nodded, going onto another main street. They weren't too far now. And if Arba was convinced, so was she. It was fine. Everything would be fine.

((One of my subjects at uni (Intro to Design) is having a four day camp. Kinda cool, would be even better if it didn't have two major pieces of assessment that are done there, both on things I'm terrible at it. There's no power and definately no internet so I will be uncontactable.
Anyway I'm going to be away from Thursday to Sunday (GMT+10 time/Eastern Australian time) so don't worry if I drop off the face of the earth XP))
