I do not feel bad for not knowing what Mudkips are! They were not part of the original 150! I was only into Pokemon for a short bit, though it does bring back some fond memories. 3nodding

Awww, yay for the games. I really should break down and buy one, just to see what all the hullabaloo is about. 3nodding Though, I know I've asked this before, what's the funnest part of the game?

I particularly like how long it is. Usually, a common problem with handheld games is their lack of ability to keep the player involved for a long time. I've lost count of the hours spent in Pokemon Pearl...

What sort of things make it last so long? What do you do in the game specifically?

It has a plot, but to put it in blunt term, you are a pokemon trainer and you do what a pokemon trainer does, catch, train and battle pokemon. You also get to explore a huge map in which theres many interesting things to do, not to mention people to talk to.
You can find a copy of emerald for cheap, that's the best GBA pokemon game in my opinion. 3nodding

You can enter your pokemon in contests, battle 8 gym leaders of varying levels, and take on an evil corporation bent on world domination by way of contolling the time-space continum/flooding the earth/stealing pokemon.

So the evil corporation is flexible in their means to take over the world, then? rofl Sorry. I couldn't resist.
Hmm, so that's what's fun about it? The training, battles or the contests?
