Kinda in limbo with a brain fart consuming my writing ability for the clan and rpc wise cannot make one until the Captain and I do this test for possibly an autorank for Suna.

Just a rank up for a rpc joining Sunagakure, not sure what just yet. Granted in the previous Naruto guild I was in the role I played was Kazekage and although it wasn't as large like this guild, it contained quality role players like those in POTS.
So what fun things are occurring the guild at the moment? I heard something about Chunin Exams, but that's it really.

Hell if I know. I just come back from time to time to bug people. But no one seems to hate me. I don't keep up with the RP that much. I think i've been Raikage like twice... a saanin, a magical transforming monkey and a can of talking beer. So I dunno what they are doing.

Well most of my RPCs have to do with drinking, which is a vice I imbibe in quite often. Coren Lothar, my RPC, never died. He jsut kidna wandered off into the mist one day, never to be heard from again. So I played as a talking can of beer. I dunno thought it would be fun. Turns out it was.

Quick poll. If I were going to make an RPC, who needs an extra? What gender? And what kinda shortcoming should they have? I was thinking heroin addict.

Annnd that's about the cutoff point you were asking about earlier.
Since Oto has been closed on us though, not many places "need" anyone anymore, so you could go pretty much anywhere. Check the list in the new members forum and see which you think is needy.
