It was a good ride, one filled with the flash of stars as the streaked overhead. The flora of the surrounding area gave the impression of being within some lost garden of Eden. But sadly, it had to end as the lights that danced upon the horizon grew ever closer. And yet, a grin came to the lips of d**k, for one, he had a lovely lady grasping his waist, and two...he had returned home.

u know what? i havent seen the batcave in a while.. wanna sneak around in there? old robin is out n about, new robin is probly at titans tower, n im bettin bats is probly brooding atop some stupid gargoyle...

Kitty saw the lights spanning as they aproached the circus. She looked up so she could see more of it and she was just in awe.

Pulling in quickly, d**k made for the back entrance where a trio of black and white clowns greeted him with open arms and pats on the back. "Welcome back Grayson!" Hugging back, this was the place that held the most nightmare and some of his best memories. "Fellas, this is Kitty, i'm here to show here a good time." Quirking a brow toward the three, they understood the coded words.

Kitty waved at the trio. She felt a little out of place and a little like she was intruding. This was obviously an important part of his life and she didn't know how well she would fit into that.

"C'mon, we get the grand tour." Offering his hand once more, it was in his nature to be courteous to ladies. The two holding hands, made there way into the unfolded tent and into the worker entrance. Waving with his free hand toward those that addressed him, he shot a quick glance into the air at the swinging lines.

Kitty asked as he led her through the behind the scenes of the circus. She smiled and nodded at the few workers that greeted her. She was amazed by all there was to see. And this was only the beginning.

"All the time..." Letting his thoughts drift to year past, it was a good life, a life he still wished he had. Getting his focus back, d**k led the walking pair toward his dressing room that still stood in honor of his family. "You're not afraid of heights are you?" A devious grin came to reside along his face.
