*Gives him a hug back. Though ends up shifting her feet over the ice to keep balance as she pulls back.*
Oh course I recorded it! Well, I was unable to get the footage from the bookstore but everything else is there. *evil grin.*
So I made it a silent production in the beginning 3nodding

THAT is just too rich. I figure I'll be able to smooth it over with Snow and Clarinet eventually, but I'm probably on Powell's hate list even higher than Wally now.

Oh I'm sure the girls might be able to be calm about our little prank one of these days. Clarinet did seem a bit aggravated... Not too sure about Chris.. He's a hard one to read.

Hard to read? The heavy-duty killer armor with the giant hammer and flaming death-torch were easy enough to read for me.

Oh I just took that as a guy who over reacts and likes to intimidate to get his way.
*She shrugs.* I just don't think anyone would er... react to such things as Santa as he does. He seems a bit insane and well his reactions would there for be unpridictable.
*Clears throat and rubs the back of her head. Looking sheepish.* At least to me anyway.

Maybe.
It *was* fun while it lasted though, wasn't it? I haven't felt that alive in a while.

*Grins and skates around the rink slowly.*
We could make it a holiday thing. Mitchell seemed like he would like to play the part of a villain again.

Our own little version of the Long Halloween? Chastity, my dear, you tempt me so. I guess we'll have to see how the chips lie as the holidays roll around.
I agree with you about how much fun Mitchell was having. New York is incredibly lucky he decided to be a hero and not a villain after getting his powers.

*She grins at Piper.* Well yes, there is always that.
*She skates a figure 8.* He is a rather nice chap with the type of power he has. I was shocked Chris was able to resist it.
*Becomes thoughtful.* How heroic is a major? Some in office aren't all that squeaky clean.

One of my...."fellow" Rogues was a fellow named Roscoe Dillon. Called himself The Top. He died. Instead of just staying dead or coming back from the dead like decent people, his spirit started possessing the bodies of people who had near-death experiences.
He wound up in the body of a politician and decided that he wanted to be President. Yeah, of the United States.
::skates backwards slightly as he recounts the tale::
Except for the fact that outside of committing crimes, Roscoe Dillon, dead man possessing another's body or not, was an idiot. He knew he'd never have a chance at being elected President.
So he ran for Vice President instead. His brilliant plan was...He decided to find the most politically active of his former Rogue breatheren, and then drive them insane to the point where they'd assassinate his running mate after being sworn in as President. Then he'd become President by default, right?
::comes to a stop::
I've been very socially active ever since I did my time and reformed, so guess who he picked...

*Changes directions a few times as she moves. Facing Piper as they chatted.*
*Whistles lightly at that tail.* So did you get aggravated and kill his running partner?

Hmm... Know of a exercist then? Send him straight to hell.
I'm sorry that happened, Piper.
