It's a long story why but the reasons in the rp are that his economical situation is slowly killing him[aka the coughing blood thing etc] and his government has complete control over him and his body..He says it's his decision to join the axis but it's actually not..But there is already somebody who will take his place after he has faded away

She is not his child but she just calls him daddy because he is a father like figure to her..Currently in the plot she is Riga[the capital of latvia] and She promised to take over Latvia if something happens to him ;3she is gonna blame her daddy's death on all the other nations though =3= she just can't accept that her father would be dead..
