This makes three Thanksgivings in a row that its just me, myself, and I lol. I don't much mind it, I enjoy my solitude and never really cared for turkey. And that got me thinking...
The big traditional item on a Thanksgiving table is a turkey. Why a turkey? Because that's what the Pilgrims had(amongst other things). Why did they have turkey? They were there, they were plentiful, and they were easy to get. So, I think people should just get what they like to eat instead of going out of their way to get a turkey, whose leftovers will sit in the fridge for a while afterwards. That is, if you, like me, don't care for turkey. If you like it, gobble(lawl) it up.

It's too bad that I missed the preorder deadline for this Flandre Nendoroid, for I would be lacking a good $60. In other news, HAPPY THANKSGIVING~ What're everyone's plans, or, assuming you are reading this post-Turkey-Day, how was your holiday?

My bf found out about the other guy... so he flew to Cali without me. I've spent the past few days at the other guy's house. ;O I made a roast! ;D I'm not very fond of turkey. It's always dry, no matter what you do to it. =P

Congrats, Freya! That's awesome! I never get more than 50 stare here lately I've just been getting pancakes and ocean summer tops.
I love turkey! I eat it fairly regularly, but only on sammiches. A big 'ole bird on Thanksgiving is welcome! We usually have ham too, for some reason. In fact, I'm staring at both as I type. I have to find room in this god awfully full fridge! sweatdrop
I'm sorry for my absence! I've been dog/house sitting and only had my phone for teh webz. It takes a while and there's a ton of scrolling involved. But my mom was kind enough to leave me her(my) laptop!
Oh, anyone here going to partake in the insanity of tomorrow? I've never done it before, but I suppose I'm taking a stab at it tomorrow morning. Before the bright and early part..

Happy Thanksgiving! My whole Thanksgiving is at work. .__. Mackencheese Oh, anyone here going to partake in the insanity of tomorrow? I've never done it before, but I suppose I'm taking a stab at it tomorrow morning. Before the bright and early part.. Not me. I'll be working and the lines are way too long. You sometimes have to camp out to get any good deals or else you'll be at the far back of the line and they'll be barely anything good left by the time you get in the store. sweatdrop

Jisaku Jiens It's too bad that I missed the preorder deadline for this Flandre Nendoroid, for I would be lacking a good $60. In other news, HAPPY THANKSGIVING~ What're everyone's plans, or, assuming you are reading this post-Turkey-Day, how was your holiday? I went out with my family for Thanksgiving meal. The food was great. Unfortunately when you don't make it at home you don't have leftovers, but we probably don't have room for the leftovers anyway.
I like turkey. So I always have it on Thanksgiving. Sometimes it's dry, but not always. It wasn't dry this time.

Black Friday is going to be the pits for us overnight people. Going into work tonight at 10pm, get everything out by midnight, at midnight half of the sales start, and then the big sales start at 5am. Shift doesn't end until 7am. All the big items will be gone by the time I get out, so there will be a mess but not as much urgency in the store. So all day shift will do is chill out at the registers, checking people out as slowly as possible. And then at 10pm, when I come back into work Friday night, we will have two trucks coming in(roughly 10,000 pieces) PLUS all the clean up because day shift won't touch s**t.
I needs...

I got some free food at work...and then my boss came a little awhile ago to give me leftovers from her own family's meal. I tried not to eat much, but I still feel bloated. So much food. X__X
