I realized today I don't have any family left to buy presents for. I mean, the rats are great and all, but they're happy with anything they find in a garbage can. I used to plan these great, huge robberies around Christmas as sort of a gift to the Flash; you know, let him catch me and save Christmas for everyone, but everyone's busy fighting the undead this year...

You're a twisted man, Mayor Hundred. I would have happily stolen from your campaign coffers.
I dunno, though. My larcenous days are far behind me. I was young and cocky. Sometimes I would hypnotize the Flash and spend an hour ranting and detailing my scheme, then just leave before he came out of the trance. Just for the fun of it.
What is there to steal here, anyways?

I definitely can't deal in kidnapping. I get annoyed by hysterical sobbing far too easily. Plus, there is always the possibility of the kidnapee deciding to punch me in the face.
