I'm gonna have to give you the same rating for a few reasons:
The colors match niceley, but my complaint is with a few of the items themselves.
I despise Angelic Boots, simply because they're GINORMOUS, and your avi looks kind of like it just kicked chickens with clown shoes and got feathers stuck on them.
I don't like your avi's hair. It's just not right for a cheery-looking avatar.
I don't really like the pants that much, matches but just the style is too.. Straight-legged for me. It looks like they're made of cardboard.
And for someone who doesn't like when people use sets, you sure do have quite a few set combinations. Angelic boots and Gloves, and then two Egyptian armlets and one anklet. I thought that was funny.
Other then that, it looks good. =]

9/10. i see quite a bit of layering which is always a plus when it works well.
