Kaida glared at him. "And if I didn't bloody want it out of my system!?" she screeched, throwing her hands in the air. She stormed past him, her hair and clothing dripping a path behind her.
"Jeez, now I'm all wet...such a bad day, I should've stayed in bed..." she grumbled. She gathered her clothing in her hands and began to wring it out. "Great, now I have wet clothes...when I get my hands on that little punk..." she moved to wringing out her hair, letting her feet carry her any way they wanted.

It was day break again. After the Ramen yesterday, I sent him home to come and find me this morning at the spring baths. I was leaning against the bridge that leaned over the hot water supply. This would be fun.

I wasn't the type of boy who would stay in bed all day, in fact i was usually an early rise, and today was no exception. I rounded the corner towards the entrance of the swimming baths. I turned my head to gaze at the steaming hot river for a moment, just because I like water. My eyes widened as I walked past the bridge.
Hyana stood there, as calm as ever, with her trenchcoat done up, just standing on the water, leaning against the bridge.

I smiled under my hood, this was indeed going to be fun. I undid the top of my trench coat, and lowered my hood.
"Ohiogozaimasu," I say greeting him, "Now yesterday, we learned about how to stick to walls, today, we are going to learn how to walk on water as they say. Try it."

I focused Chakra to my feet. Theoretically, if I was I was able to walk up trees, then surely I could walk vertical on water. I stepped onto the water.

SPLASH.
I jumped out of the hot water the moment it my feet touched the bottom since it was so hot.
"How the..." I looked at the woman. She was now laughing at me, though I knew she was laughing not because I had failed, but because watching someone fall into water was half the time funny, unless you were on the recieving end.

"I see that you know how to maintain you Chakra, yesterday was the easy excercise. Today is the harder excercise. Now instead of just maintaining your Chakra, you have to project your Chakra. Since the water is not solid, you cannot use the same technique. Also a run up will not help on this one. Now, take in what I have told you. I will be back later to check on your progress." With that I formed the ram seal and disappeared.

Having taken notes in my note book, I watched her disappear before reading over them again. I had to 'Project My Chakra'. So this wasn't just maintaining Chakra, but it was also a form of controlling it. I stepped again on the water, this time focusing my Chakra beneath me. My foot slipped about halfway down into the water, "Damn." I said as I fell in. I climbed back out again. If I didn't get this right, then i'd turn into a boiled lobster. I stripped down to my boxers and focused again.

I sit down on a branch in a tree. I had nothing else to do for a while, so I watched. Kai was now projecting his Chakra instead of trying to stick to the water, which was a good sign...but he still had things to learn.

I stepped onto the water again focusing more Chakra to my feet, it was taking its toll on my body through the extensive Chakra use from yesterday, let alone today. However, I knew that if I focused too much I would drain myself of Chakra and collapse, though too little and I would never complete the task.
"Damn," I muttered. It was still about maintaining a certain level of Chakra in the water, however, I also had to control where the Chakra went, so that it would help me balance. I fell in, and tried again.

"I wonder what his fightning style is?" I wondered, "I don't think I've fought him yet. Maybe I could learn from him, if he has a different fighting style." I said and marked a tree with a Kunai, how many attempts the boy tried.

I focused again. It was now mid day, and I had done countless attempts, each time falling into the water. I focused the Chakra below me into a flatter shape to help me balance more. I stepped on to the water. Now if only I could stay up for more than two seconds.
