[Arcon]
can you infiltrate into cover?
Sounds like you need these two.

Without the infiltrate the kroot are stuck in your deployment zone without a coversave. Can you say free victory points?

Depends. If you have less LOS than an open battlefield then your kroot can sneak around and dive right into the enemy lines.

Meanwhile the enemy is too afraid to get out int he open because if they are in a firing lane then the rest of your tau army has weapons ready to pummel anything that comes out.

Don't be angry.
You can infiltrate anywhere that a model can be without them dieing within a certain distance of any enemy unit.

I had rather large disagreements with 3 mods once, back in the day!
Boy howdy.

"Stick up" to the mods all you want, just so long as you're justified and you know you're right. End of the day, mods are humans as well. Some people don't "get" my humour and stuff, but whatever. They don't like it, they don't have to like it.

Diversity is key.

biggrin Haha.
Well, leaving that where it stands.
To continue about inflitration...

Well I haven't ever noticed a rule about infiltrating in that matter. Unless fantasy (Which I know nothing about) has infiltrators that can do that.
Now, there is a special thingy that the Kroot Mercenaries (different from Kroot in Tau codex) can get. The shaper in the squad can take a totem called
"Blood of the Stalker"
This allows an extra D6" movement closer to the enemy on infiltration deployment.
So on a recon mission, infiltrators deploy 18" away from any enemy unit, while with blood of the stalker, they can deploy between 12" and 17" depending on the roll.

That is all *I* can think of personally.

It seems too often that no one gets my humor either, just like that before comment. I too often jest about the moderators and a lot of the time it gets taken seriously.

Maybe it is the lack of humour in these posts that sets them off.

Eh, my humor is hard to detect, especially over the internet.

Might I suggest the use of emotes then? It gives that extra oompf in most scenarios.

Either that or I stop doing it all together, which might actually happen.
