1.) I don't think you're allowed to "delete" a character and combine his chakra into another character. But if you really need/want to send a message to Drago and ask him. xd
OR ask some other mods and see if they A'OK it.
Personally, I don't care. You can go right ahead since it's a low number, but it's not just up to me.
2.) If you're making a "new character" and deleting the old one. Then sure, why not.
But the way I'm seeing it, why not just clan change the old character to the new clan?
Gold:: Just take over the place. If the current owner/village care. Then they'll stop you. If they don't, they don't.
As long as you meet the requirements, you're fine.

Alright Reaver thanks for the help.
Oh, and the reason that I don't want to just clan change is that I have no idea as to what I want my new character to be, although I did like the concept of SOME of the made ups I had for that character.
All I know is that I wan a completely new character with perhaps the same sin jutsu idea, but forget all the other crap.

I had started to think that all the sociability in this guild went down the drain with the last reply I recieved. xd
EDIT: 3900 CP is nothing to fuss about, I just wasn't sure if I was allowed to do it.

Any clan suggestions for a character who is going to have a divine judgemental aproach?
Or at least a bible inspired aproach?

And if not that, then the Aoimaru* clan from Hidden Substance in Federation. Or someone from Hidden Heaven.
*That clan has a few God/Goddess themed attacks, as well as being the home to the other religious-based character in the guild, Gabriel Archangel.

I would like more suggestions in case these do not work out.
I would also like my character to be a good genjutsu ninja as well, if that helps.

Quick question, can people combine or add on top of genjutsu techniques?
Like a multiple technique in one type of thing to make it stronger?

In theory, it would be just like adding multiple boosts to oneself; so theoretically it should be possible. Like adding a second genjutsu over an initial so that the unsuspecting foe doesnt expect a second one trying to cloud their mind?

Demonic Illusion: False Surroundings Technique - 700 Skill Points - This jutsu changes the appearance of a nearby object or area.
Demonic Illusion - Double False Surroundings Technique - 400 Skill Points - This jutsu places another illusion on top of a previous illusion created by the user. If and when the target dispels the first illusion, they will not realize that a second is in place. (Must know False Surroundings Technique)

I just thought that these moves look a little fishy....
Fishy as in kinda cheap genjutsu and as in a lot like Tsukuyomi description.Mirage Island Ichtaka Branch Techniques Orderly World Genjutsu- 3000 Skill Points - A Genjutsu technique that actually causes the opponent to believe that the user is in complete control of the world around them. The user can mold the environment, cause animals to attack, or make barriers or walls. Virtually anything that the user can think up, as far as the environment, can happen. Although nothing out of the ordinary can be created, with this genjutsu. Unorthodox World Genjutsu- 3000 Skill Points - A Genjutsu that is actually the complete opposite of the Orderly World Genjutsu. This technique gives the user the ability to have complete control of the world around them. The user can mold the environment, cause never before seen creatures to attack, or make barriers or walls. Virtually anything that the user can think up, as far as the environment, can happen. Although nothing ordinary can take place in this realm of the user's creation. Not even gravity, seems to play the correct effects.
