One punch was hit this round. This punch would move the base of the dummy a bit since he wound up and BOOM nailed the dummy with all his force in the punch, the dummy squeeled in pain the wood splintering. Akane may have looked like a simple medic nin but clearly he had strangth in his body, this was thanks to Cerbi-sensai. She tought him to be powerful in all forms.

The kunai hit the outside ring and then Kaisude looked, he was a bit disappointed but he would be fine. "Well that is the end of this. I say I did pretty good." He said and then he bowed to Tetta, "I think it is time to find Shikamori Sensei." He said and then he waited for the responce of Tetta. Hoping that they could, he wanted to learn more.

"Yes, the Juuken Kempo had not changed since our ancestors'-... Ouch..." Yokou winced as another sharp, needle-like pain shot up her spine. "...time... We depend on chakra in our strikes. The emphasis is not on power...but on attacking exact points on the body, with needle-like chakra formations at the fingertips. The only change is that instead of having a uniform base stance, each clan member builds their own base stance from their individual divination fields. It helps...allowing the practitioner to develop even swifter movements."
Yokou was drawing closer to her limit with weights but she did as Ryoko commanded, taking a shaky step to the right. She attempted to draw the Kaiten divination field around her, Byakugan veins slowly creeping around her eyes. But then they disappeared, followed by a slight grimace. "I guess it won't be a good idea to try the Kaiten..." This training was...somewhat becoming painful now...
Ryoko crossed her arms and lifted up her arms. She showed the bands on her arm and some on her legs. THey looked like regular arm bands but as she undid the bands, she dropped one to the ground. Small cracks appeared in the ground. (Not Rock lee weight but you get the idea)
She smiled to the woman, "My dad use to force me to do weight training. It was a pain int he a**, let me tell you. But if you really want to get use tot he weights, you should use them in everyday exercise and just move up...Then again, you don't strike me as having the time or patience to do such a thing..."
She sighed a bit. "Try again...just try standing with them...then walking..." she smiled.

Akane nailed the dummy with his fist harder now. Each punch harder then the last. 'BOOM' the dojo shakes a bit as the first hit is thrown. 'CRACK' the second punch makes the dummy split a bit. Then finally, 'SLAM!' The dummy just breaks apart like a pinata at a fat kids birthday party. The dummies pieces hit the ground and the hokage kind of chuckled. "Oh....um ok then." He laughed at himself and sighed. "Well then I guess I am stopping at sixty-one hits."

Izumi awoke at dawn as he always had. Instinctively he reached for a book but then remembered everything that had happened yesterday. He was going to learn to use the elements today, not read. By his bed was the paper Ryoko had given him, why had she seemed so sad when she gave it to him? Suddenly he froze, she had said it was her husbands... Izumi remembered hearing about that death, though at the time it meant little to him. She had given him a few pieces but all he needed was one. He grabbed a single piece of the paper and began to focus his chakra on it.

Izumi looked at the results of his use of the chakra paper and nodded. It was as he thought, his element was earth. And if he was going to train for the use of earth in ninjutsu there was only one place he could think of. The Shi Plateau. First he had something to do. He grabbed the rest of the chakra paper and a regular piece of paper and ran out the door and to Ryoko's house again. He left the paper in front of the door with a note that said
"Takamichi-dono,
I only need one piece. You keep the rest. I'm going to train for awhile, when I come back I'll have a new trick to show you.
Until then,
Izumi Rio."
Then he knocked lightly on the door and quickly ran off to resume his training in the plateau.

" Yeah, T need to start traing myself. I've got to learn the Kia Release before today is over." he said leading the boy to where Yokou was. He brushed himself off before apearing before the head of the clan as he often did. " Yokou, have you seen Shikamori Sensei? I and the Uchiha boy are to report for training. " he said bowing.

"So I don't get a name huh?" He said and then he smiled, he really didn't care because he will be known sooner or later. "If I haven't reached your level Tetta in the next two months. Then you can for ever call me Uchiha boy." He said only joking round he wasn't going to accept that once he becames seventeen, he wasn't going to fight people for calling him that but he might have too. "Its wasn't even time for lunch, and he was getting hungry."

Tetta lifted his head and looked at Kai. " You know people are always gonna call you the Uchiha. Your from one of the rarest and most talented clans. You need to go ahead and get over it. And i'll keep calling you that even if you reach my level in two months."

This exercise was still draining for her, but Yokou was having a better hang of it now. She took a step, and then another...and since she did not feel any shooting pains... The Hyuuga head would assume she was doing the training correctly now. Hm...how quaint. It really was easier on her body, trying out Ryoko's suggestion. But she was far from being eligible for Gouwan - plenty more painful training would've to be endured. She was beginning to feel a bit envious of Shikamori. Technically, even if she was a rank higher, Shikamori had nearly double of her physical strength. He would be able to endure this...kind of weight training without needle-like pains all over his joints.

Yokou did not turn her head, though she had felt her nephew’s chakra signature before he even arrived within hearing range. Following close to him was the Uchiha boy from the previous night. “Shikamori-han is back at Ryoko-han’s house. Kaisude-kun? If Tetta-kun still won’t address you by name, you have full permission to address him as ‘Hyuuga’.” A slight smirk was on Yokou’s pretty, porcelain features as she observed the two. A slight glimmer was in her pale eyes. She knew her nephew hated being ‘undistinguished’ and viewed just as being part of something. It was an effective teaching method...

"I'm not worried about the name Uchiha its boy. I know I am one, but if I am to beapart of this war at such an age then I suppose I have to grow up fast?" He said and then looked at Yokou and smiled, "No I will adress him as he wishes to be adressed. Unless it is something ignorant." He said and then he looked over at Tetta, surely he was going to train either way. "Lady Yokou perhaps when you are done training we can speak?" Kaisude's eyes changed white and then he looked down at the ground hoping she would oblige him.

"Never give up on individuality, Kaisude-kun." Yokou smiled at the Uchiha boy. "The current exercise I'm working on...isn't stationary..." That would be her consent to the Uchiha boy's request. "I have an errand to run at the Academy later - for one of the younger clan members whom missed the Academy registration." Her expression looked a bit worried. "And Lady Tsuchikage isn't even here... I hope Gogandantes-san won't mind his class number suddenly increasing..." She paused for a moment, deep in thought, before continuing walking. Her posture was very straight and formal, even though the weights still placed a certain strain on her body.

"My indiviuality is not important. I know how I am different," He said rather harshly and then listened to what she had said next. Kaisude was a bit lost, he wasn't sure she was saying noor if she was saying walk an talk. "Is that your way of saying no?" He asked questioning he ways, he wasn't sure on what she said so he had to ask. He wasn't trying to be disrespectful, he was just clarifying what she was saying. Or maybe he had misinterpeted what she was saying, and could be proven wrong.

Yokou had stopped walking but did not turn around. "Many bloodlimits are out in this world. Neither your eyes nor mine are infallible." Her words were cold, chilling to the spine and one could see why this woman was hailed as head of the Hyuugas. "Nor does possessing a kekkai genkai make one superior to others. Striving towards the same goal, they've as much right to equal standing. Individuality determines a shinobi's strength - not their clan's historical standing. Do not let your eyes blind you before even gaining them." Her words were curt and to the point. "Asternyx can wait." And then she turned, lavender eyes on Kaisude in a cool gaze. "Well?" The most obvious invitation for the Uchiha boy to follow.
