Svetlana yawned quietly and snuggled into him. "Where were you?"

Gorlist nodded and smiled as he slid out of bed. He reached under the bed and pulled out the small box. He got down on one knee and looked up at her as he opened the box, revealing a pure gold ring with a large diamond, "Getting this. Svetlana, will you marry me?"

Svetlana sat up as he got off the bed and watched him in anticipation. Her jaw dropped and eyes got wide as he revealed the ring. Her eyes teared up as she nodded slightly. She jumped off the bed and wrapped her arms around him. "Yes, yes, yes! A million times yes!"

Gorlist smiled big and wrapped his arms around her, hugging her tight, making sure to be careful of the ring.

Svetlana pulled away from him slightly and kissed his lips quickly before sitting down next to him on the floor. All she could do was smile.

Gorlist smiled at her and took the ring out of the box very carefully. He set the box aside and took her hand before sliding the ring onto it.

Svetlana sat there and gawked at the ring for a moment. She grabbed both of his hands and laced her fingers between his. She leaned forward and kissed him again. "It's beautiful."

Svetlana grinned and nuzzled his neck as she squeezed his hands gently. "Oh Gorlist. Thank you so much." She sat back on her heels and loosened her grip on his hands. "Not just for the ring, but for everything. You really have changed my life."
