to think i was excited about this guild and now the area i'm in is halted to a stop and there's nothing i can do about it. Could we not give positions of great importance to those who won't be on? Like seriously, that happens every time in every guild I've been in. The ones who get important roles never show up. It's really getting tiresome. Making me think that I should give up role playing period since there's never anyone to role play with.

The guild's restarting. Give the ones in charge some time to work events out. Hueco Mundo isn't the only place lagging. In fact, only the Shinigamis seem to be having some sort of event occurring. Who says your character can't leave the Throne room meanwhile?
