Mazz broke his form up into a swarm of bats and took off. Flying while sobering up was something he needed to get the hang of again.
Dag didn't bother to turn around to face Ivy. He didn't even bother to move. The demonic dhampir just... stood there, like a statue. He finally responded, "I cannot allow Legion to take control... otherwise they will escape from here and cause terror somewhere else... and I'll be the one to blame when they are finished. How can you possibly kill something that'll only use their host as a meat shield?"

D took off after Mazz as a swarm of bats. They quickly met up with Dag and Ivy and D was furious at what he saw he could sense what Ivy was trying to do.. and he didnt like it.
"Ivy!" D growled as he reformed into his usual form and landed infront of Daggerfang. D turned his back to Dag and turned to Ivy. He stayed where he was keeping himself between Dag and Ivy, there wasnt going to be a fight unless he was in the middle of it. D knew Mazz wasnt far behind, but while the drunken vampire got himself together D dealt with his sister.

Ivy starred her brother down, hoping that if she stood her ground long enough, D would back off and let her do what she had to do.
"D, trust me on this. You won't be able to do this alone. And your weapon can't even do it. You should know that by now. Nothing you do will remove Leigon from Dag's own soul. It his to be killed off. And I'd rather be the one at risk than you. You have a better job to do. Now step aside and let me deal with this. I can handle Legion. Now move!" Ivy was a little furious at her brother for coming back so soon. She was hoping that he would have walked instead of using his bat form, that's what bugged her most.

D backed up until he could feel Dags breath on his neck. Folding his arms over his chest he made it clear he wasnt going to move. "Why dont you trust me and let me do what i need to. Your always so eager to head into battle, if you want to fullfill your deathwish so badly then why dont you head back to Raziel and see what he can do for you?" D said sternly.
"Im not moving Ivy. I dont care how insane this looks or sounds either. My sanity started breaking when all of you started hanging around me all the time." It was true.. D had figured it out.
He wasnt acting his usual self because Ivy, November, and the others that he had met at the beginning of this tale had stuck around with him. Not to mention his fathers constant presence, the experimentation, the past being dug up several times over, the castles insanity and finally Dag saving his a** ten fold. It had all taken its toll on the youth and now he was becoming more like his father every second.

Ivy smiles a little at her brother, she walked as close to her brother as she could get. Even with D's arms crossed his chest didn't stop Ivy from reaching up towards his neck with quicker speed than she knew she had and she started to squeeze her brother's neck, baring her fangs ar her brother and growling to him she spoke coldly.
"I would, but at this moment, I want to get rid of Legion first before something else happens to Dag so you can have your so called pal back. But I know that you can't hurt him. Even if it means to save his life you won't do it. You're not like our father, never have, soon you could, but not right now. Sure every second you become more and more like him, but trust me, you won't like it. That's why I've mad it my job and personal obligation to keep myself and you from turning into another Alucard toy. I've seen that happen in the past way to many times. You may not have seen it, but I did and I still do. So D, would you allow me to do this one little favor, just this once for you? It will save you the blood shed and I'll be the one hated, not you. Trust me, Dag would probably love you more than he does now if I do this. However, if you force me to attack you first, it's going to be a bloody war between us three (Ivy, D, and Dag)." Ivy put more presure on her brother's throat, knowing that he could leave her grasp at any second, but she wasn't going to let it happen. She knew one way to keep him there, and she was ready to use it at any moment she had, and she thought that after D tried to get away from her that she would use it to her advantage.

"You arent my mother and i can do as i please, personal obligation or not child." D hissed his voice taking on the tone of his fathers. D grabbed Ivys hand and pulled it away from his throat, her claws leaving a few trails of his blood in its wake.
"The only favor you could do me right now is to leave Legion to me. Back off little sister. You dont know what lengths i will and will not go to help someone." D said as he gripped his sisters wrist firmly. "You cant attack his demonic DNA with your flames Ivy so a fight between him and you would be useless.' D said still staying put.
"The only way to help him is to reap Legions soul. I have a way to do that now let me do my work and help out my friend." D hissed before he released his sister. "You people have pushed me to the point of no return. I may not be like father yet. But i can feel myself heading down that path. Keep pressing me and well see just how well i fill Fathers shoes..." D said with a growl.

"Then you leave me with no choice brother." From behind Ivy's back, she pulled out a two silver throwing knives, knowing that the possibility of them kill him was 50/50, the other 50% would be that the silver would just make him pass out for the duration of the time that she tried to force Legion's soul into her own body.
"You'll hate me for this later D. But you'll also thank me for this" She thought as she threw the knives into D's back, making sure that they wouldn't pierce his heart, but came very close to doing so. She then ran up and then fell to her backside and kicked her brother's legs out from under him, catching Dag by the waist, jumping back to her feet to change into her raven form, and started to carry Dag off to a place that not even D would be able to find them.
((now I have to wait for Kronoton to get back online. I wonder why he's not online as often as he used to be))

"Ivy dont do this." D growled. "You hurt him and ill send you to the depths of Hell myself!" D hissed before he parried the first blade away with his own sword. The second wasnt far behind and D was ready to parry that too when his legs were kicked out from under him. D landed with a oof only to have the silver blade pierce his back and come close his heart. D let out a silent scream and watched as Ivy took Dag from him just before his world went dark.

((lol, yes that battle of the siblings shall begin. But first, let's see if Legion will move to another body. Let's see if Ivy can get Legion to go into her own.))
After Ivy heard her brothers words before he passed out she laughed at she continued to carry Dag to her secret place.
((And writers block is a possibility, or he's got a job, or he's having trouble with his internet, who knows))

Dag had no idea what was going on... but he felt Legion grow restless. They wanted out... and they wanted out NOW. Him being knocked out like this only made it easier for them to take control... and control they now had. It was only a matter of time before Dag woke up to find out that Legion had control. Legion themselves kept the illusion that Dag was still unconscious.
Mazz finally managed to get there... still sobering up, "It seems I can't even party without having something go wrong!" The vampire promptly removed the blades from D's body, then broke up into a bunch flying snakes, some of them carrying D with them. Mazz could smell Legion... they reeked of blood and smoke from Hell.
He followed that scent like a bloodhound.

Ds eyes slowly fluttered open. At first he felt like he was still dreaming, the ground beneath them was moving fast and he could see the tops of the trees. "Thats strange..." D commented before his mind snapped too.
D twitched and started to struggle as he realized what the hell was around him. Snakes?! That flew... aaalllriiight. "What? What the Hell is going on?!" D shouted to whomever had him. But a thought quickly came to his mind and he remembered all that had happened.
"Wheres Ivy im going to kill her!" D hissed as his hands went into fists. "Stab me in the back and take Dag!" D growled his eyes blazing crimson.

The snakes spoke as one unit, "Relax. I'm following Dag's scent right now... well... more like Legion's scent anyway. It'll lead us right to Ivy."
The snakes kept flying simultaneously, making it scary to watch them move in unison like this.

Ivy finally made it to a cave that she knew would be sealed from the others after she entered into it. Not even Mazz or D could get into it without getting a few burns from getting shocked. It was like an electric wire fence around runaway cattle. If they touched it, they would get burned, and blasted at least a hundred feet with as much force as it held.
Ivy dropped Dag/Legion on the ground by a fire, then Ivy reformed. They were deep inside the cave now. Only Ivy knew the ways out of there, and she knew all the short cuts to the exits and they were all sealed tight.
Ivy then walked over to Dag, picked him up and looked into his closed eyes, or what seemed to be closed eyes.
"Alright, which ever soul I'm speaking to, the one I want is Legion. I have a deal to make with you, I'm sure you won't take it, but i think you're in need of a better body to conceal your powers in, let alone your true face. I would be honored in an evil sort of way, to let you use me as that said shell for you to use as said toy. Dag is of no use to you, he doesn't know how to take control like I do. You want battle, that I can give you. Why not take me upon my deal and you'll live for many years."
Ivy had a plan, and she hoped that it would work out to plan, otherwise, she'd go ahead and let D kill her, which would cause Legion to possibly die as well.

"There! I think theyre in there." D pointed to the cave where he sensed his sisters faint aura. "She may have some nasty tricks up her sleeve so watch yourself. Then again i suppose youve dealt with worse." D commented before they touched down near the Caves entrance. Ds blue pendant glowed bright it was counteracting the electrical barrier Ivy had in place. Such a thing did come in handy at times.
"Ivy! Dont make me come in there! Hand over Dag and your flesh wont meet my blade!" D growled as he approached the entrance way. The blue pendant worked its magic and tried desperately to destroy the electrical barrier. The barriers power sources were quickly becoming overloaded and soon the thing would explode and the barrier would be down.
