Kim Kelly is a pornography actress from Santa Monica, California. In 2002, the plump Kelly publicly attempted to lose weight by an all-semen diet. She lost 15 pounds by spending 30 days on a diet consisting of semen and banana smoothies. Via fellatio, Kelly extracted and swallowed about three to six teaspoons of semen per day from men, such as Kamil, who were required to provide health certificates.
Although the 30-day diet was viewed by some as a publicity stunt, some researchers believe that regular oral ingestion of semen from a healthy male in a monogamous relationship may be beneficial for a woman. Semen has about 30 calories and is rich in nutrients including prostaglandins, selenium, TGF beta, fructose, vitamin C, and zinc. Dr. Jane Greer, a therapist and columnist for the online version of Redbook Magazine, indicates that although swallowing semen four to five times a week is beneficial for women, the benefits would not accrue to men who swallow (i.e., because of a lack of hormonal balancing).
