@Anyone else: My date went all right. Her friend invited herself along and she couldn't say no. My sister informed me that I couldn't say no or I would lose my chances. And her friend turned out to be another girl that straight out rejected me on the same dating website. And I am glad she did! She's a crazy b***h that won't shut her mouth. And my date agreed lol. But we have another date for this weekend, one on one, classic dinner/movie/ice cream combo(she works at Oceanwalk, for those who know what that is). And in an impromptu set-up, I am going to meet with her this afternoon at a Barnes and Nobles to help her on her paper. Because I'm a ******** genius. /nod

That makes the 12th girl in same situation I've met since moving back up to this area. Including my sister. What, is it something in the water? Grow a pair and kick'em out and stop getting into long-term living arrangements with people you're not married to.
Sheesh. Its so easy not to fall into complicated situations, how is it you women fall into them like a pelican dives into the water? xp

And just so you guys don't say "Oh mai gawd! Who is this random person posting?", this is Pookie's mule account. I don't want to bring that much attention to everyone involved. =P
I'm torn between two guys. Since both guys have the same first name, I'll just use their middle names. =P I've been dating "David" for about 18 months now. We've been getting along pretty well, except for the past couple months. No fights or anything, it just seems like I've been a smidge neglected. I know that I've been busy with school and he's been busy with freelance stuff and Wow... but it just seems like he hasn't been all that sweet.
Ever since I've gotten back on gaia, I've started to make a few new friends that live nearby. I met up with this one guy, "John" at his work one day. John has been dating a girl online for about as long as I've been dating David. John and I started to talk a lot more often. We realized that we've got a lot in common.
John was going to move in with his girlfriend closer towards the end of the year. He's never met the girl before. I told him that it was a stupid idea. Now he's just going to visit her instead. But he just recently found out that she's an extreme feminist and that even if he gives up everything here and moves in with her, she's decided to kill herself when she turns forty. D: So she's obviously got some emotional issues.
One of the things that John and I realized we had in common was the want to start our lives. Or, to be more specific, get married. =P That was one of his main reasons for moving halfway across the country to be with someone he had never met before... for a chance at marriage. *sighs* Just a bit over a year ago, I had moved in with David. Sure, I gave up friends around me and having my parents close by... but I'm still a couple hours from home.
For about a month, John and I have been "leaving it up to fate" to see if we should be together. We'll just leave it at "the test came back negative". *sighs* I feel terrible about going behind David's back with all this.
Just this past weekend, I opened up to David about how I had been feeling. I didn't mention anything about what went on with John... because I know how much it would hurt him. I told David that it felt like we weren't going anywhere. I've made jokes in the past with David, saying things like, "So when are we getting married?" He didn't know how much I really needed to know. But he finally gave me a general time... sometime around the end of 2011 and the beginning of 2012.
I told John about my talk with David. Then John told me on Monday morning that he had bought me a ring for me about two weeks ago. D: I found this out just a few minutes before my first class. *sighs*
I've got a pretty good life right now with David. That and I know that I wouldn't go without much. A life with John would be much harder. I'm a full time student, so I'd have to rely completely on whoever I end up with for at least another two years.
I'm completely lost as to what I'm supposed to do. I don't want to hurt either of them, but I can't keep going like this for much longer. *sighs*
