Oh, by the way, Taigaa... I was basing off the made-up ability from a very short description of an unknown swordplay style in Haru's profile. I may need a bit of assistance. Anyways, I wanted to know if it's a breach of guild protocols?

I was thinking about it and, idk. 100 is kinda average and I'm not sure that would warrant the user to create their own style...

True, but it all depends on the style. If the style is fairly basic then there's no real need for a high level of skill to perform it. For example, I could invent a style called "Palm of a thousand slaps" and it'd still fall flat compared to a simply basic attacks performed by a professional fighter.

Yeah, personalized styles are not simple, otherwise they wouldn't be personalized. Think of them as a set of signature moves, like Vegeta's Galick Gun and Big Bang Attack; both of them are not so easily learned by others.
